  We had a great experience at your marina. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Your grounds are very clean. Huge thanks to Sophie who helped get us set up with a slip. She was very patient and knowledgeable. And she also took the time to tell us about Key West and about all the “must see” things to do. We will definitely be back!

  Please be aware all of the other postings for this Marina are lies. This is the worst Marina you could possibly ever go to. I called Marina last April 2025 and I asked the first question do you allow live boards? I was told yes.I went to the marina to check it out. It seems like a nice place to be, but unfortunately after staying there for nine months. I was told there are no liver boards allowed at that marina. And I put in a survey three weeks ago on the truth of the Marina, which they intern sent me an email requesting a survey offering $750 to give a survey and I told them the truth the manager. no one ever answers the phone. No one is in the office. She has a dog in there that she walks and let it go to the bathroom all over the marina in the grass. Behind my boat and didn’t realize I had cameras watching , And she does not clean up after that dog.She is one spiteful individual. We also had problems with the electrical towers. They are not ground I have a device that test if it is grounded. because everyone was having trouble with their electrical cords burning out at the cost of $500-$800 for cords.Because Olivia wanted to know why I was splitting the cords So I don’t have a fire on my boat I plugged in my handheld tester that there are no grounds going to the towers and that is the reason why the electrical cords burn out . Black wire and Green wire on your cords because they are not grounded my device I was told by Olivia ,Did not work and I said OK do you have a device bring it down and show me that these are. Grounded! That never took place and then she puts a commercial scuba diving boat which departs the marina between 5 AM and 6 AM every morning. Which then intern clogged my air-conditioning screens because they stir up all of the mud pulling in and out. And they also were practicing how to pull the boat in and out for several hours one day.that they had to Almost every other day And when the Dive boat started up, they would roll you out of bed Loud, the diesel fumes from that dive boat got into my cabin and set off my carbon monoxide detectors.Which are hardwired so that means the only way to shut them off is to go into the Motor compartment and disconnect my batteries until they reset and then. reconnect them what an outright pain almost every day That is a very spiteful person this Olivia. Outright despicable, I went into the office to ask her why she put the Dive Boat next to me. and that’s when the issue started that they are on no Liveboards. I said well, why would you put that Dive boat right next to me put it across the Marina, we’re all the commercial Boats are and she had the nerve to tell me the boat does not fit, it’s too wide which is Lie. She is a very, very despicable lying deceiving, but they don’t miss a trick, taking your money.. Stay away from this Marina and if you do go to that marina you’ll get what you deserve ! Olivia she Will have her dog defecate behind your boat and leave it there not even clean it . Not even smart enough to realize I have Security cameras watching the whole thing .What a rotten despicable person. Stay away from that Marina. Best of luck to all the people who are there and there are other people they’re living right now as we speak .They have four boats with people who are living there at this present time I recommend From the past Marina, I was in because they were looking for a new place to go. And now all of a sudden, no live a boards are not allowed at that marina and I was told my Contract that I never signed the new contract as of January 2026 And not only on January 1 2026 My price for my slip went up by $150 . Nothing I was told on the phone when I called. Book this Marina for my yacht was true. I warned you, Olivia you would not get away with this. I asked if it was a private Marina I was told yes then why are there people walking up and down the In the restaurants, disturbing your peace all hours from 5 PM until 12 AM at least every every night. They do not have pump outs. You have to hire a separate company. Every marina in the state of Grant

  Amazing and clean Marina! Jahmir and Art were very helpful on the docks. Sophie was super friendly and helpful with our reservation. Great stay and we will be back again, thank you everyone

  Awful marina. Manager just does whatever they want, changes rules all the time. Very unpleasant to deal with. Bathrooms are usually filthy with no paper or towels. Close marine fuel at 5pm. Been here many times and employee turn over seems very high. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

  Incredibly helpful, flexible staff. Great facilities. Quiet and low key marina. I liked the Lower Metecumbe location. Fair rates. The tiki bar next door is a gem. We stayed on board and had the place almost to ourselves. Jahmir, Sophie, and Art - Thank you a ton. Amazing.
