Thank you thank you thank for great customer service, super quick tire repair, and outstanding prices. They took my vehicle in ASAP, repairs and wait time less than 30 minutes. My saving grace today.

Terrible experience here. Needed a tire replaced on our rental vehicle and they would not help because they said they dont service the rental company fleet anymore. Took to the Tire Kingdom down the road about 12 miles and they had it replaced in 15 minutes. Tow driver said the worker told him the manager of Tire Kingdom and the manager of rental car place down the road had a disagreement and now refuses to assist with anything associated. That caused delays as myself along with my 3 passengers were driving to Austin, Texas. I was not part of the quarrel so I dont know why I was punished. Needless to say it was not very professional of this shop to refuse service. Last I checked all $ is green
I want to give a shout out to tire kingdom of Inverness I love being told false information over the phone then getting there being told something different after the service was already done on my vehicle and then getting in and driving and my vehicle still pulling to the left after I just paid for an alignment be very mindful when you go up there

If you're having good experiences here, Im glad someone is. I had two tires replaced end of last year. Normally, I go to the dealership but was pressed for time. Now I know why. When my next service was done at the dealership, they said you replaced two tires, correct? There was a rod/lug that was not installed properly which obviously now, is costing me additional money. I visited Tire Kingdom to show them the paperwork and comments.
First, I have nothing bad to say about the workers who assist you there. They were all helpful on both visits. HOWEVER, if you ever have an issue and the claims, refund, problem resolution guy is involved, its a completely different situation
He walked into the room with an immediate attitude. He made faces and acted like I didn't realize what happened because apparently, his guys don't make mistakes. He did offer 2 oil changes, which I may have accepted if he wasn't so "not customer friendly".
But why should I be out the money for a year to please such a person.
Just beware, customer service will be served with bad attitude, facial expressions that definitely are not friendly, and closed minded listening.
Maybe he was having a bad day......

My husband called to check prices for a tire rotation and balance, and was quoted $69 the car was up in the air and the man told him it was $110 but they were waving the $69 and charging just for labor. What a rip off. I believe this is called “bait and switch”. I can’t believe my husband paid it. He was wondering why the place was empty. He now understands why there was no one there! We always got our tires from them when it was Tire kingdom.
Update: I was very pleased that Sean from Tire Kingdom/Mavis reached out to us and made it right with what we were promised with a refund of being over charged , thank you Sean.
