  I am in absolute shock over the runaround I got at the Inverness location. I bought new tires, got an alignment, and had a wheel stud replaced. I was polite to a fault because I would never mess with people who are putting tires on my vehicle. Immediately upon leaving, the car had a massive wobble so severe I could barely hit 60 mph. When I brought it back, the manager Dave gave me a ridiculous runaround without even looking at the car. First, he claimed the tires were just cheap and cheap tires aren't round. Then they claimed my rim was bent and tried to pressure me into a costly upgrade. After his mechanics have driven it and said it was fine and then Dave drove it and said it was fine I asked Dave for a test drive with me we're fun fact the car was shaking so badly both of our bellies were physically bouncing back and forth, And in the most weird way possible still sticking to his story. I put it in my window sticker and showed him that I drive for Uber part-time as a little extra money this isn't just going back and forth to work 5 miles down the road kind of car. And I'm not saying anything for anything but it's 2026 and people have security cameras in their rearview mirrors they capture everything I'm not saying I do or don't I'm just saying lol think about that Dave I don't think he realized what I was trying to say but he definitely tried to stick with his story like a shady salesman he didn't feel anything. Yeah at the same Time trying to convince me that if I got better tires it would fix the wobble If I didn't get better tires I'd have to replace the rims that are bent? And kept repeating this which was bizarre that somebody would look you in the eye and tell you that. I kept asking him try to get him to like the opportunity just to come clean because clearly what he's telling me is a lie. I'm not saying I'm a smart man I'm just saying you that I think tires should be round but what do I know really. Finally he admitted to the shaking while inside my car. Told me he's been there for 4 years and he doesn't even like selling these tires. But still try to talk me an upgrading either the tires or the rims lol as soon as I left there I pulled into a Publix parking lot in the rain and realized they had secretly slapped about 19 wheel weights onto just one tire to force a balance. Which left me with more questions so I started calling around other tire shops and even drove to two of them so I could ask them face to face were they told me that this is a problem with this store that guy Dave is apparently a liar which turns out to be true actually lol so now I'm completely worried about taking my vehicle out on the road that can't seem to go down the road without shaking back and forth. I contacted corporate, and the district manager sent me to Crystal River instead. Those guys deserve a medal. Within seconds, they found that the tires Inverness installed were completely warped straight from the factory. My rims were perfectly fine. Crystal River upgraded my tires to make it right, and the car drives perfectly smooth now. Inverness tried to scam me into buying expensive rims for a problem caused by their own bad inventory. And the fact that I haven't heard from anyone from that shop including Dave to apologize has me seriously worried about what's going on and if I should put my experience about this on the Citrus County community Facebook pages so everyone knows what Dave is doing. Stay far away from Inverness and go to Crystal River.

  Fast and friendly service. Alvin did an amazing job mounting tires for me so I can get my jeep back on the road safely.

  Funny how the website showed the tire I wanted was in stock but they said all we have is this 128.00 not the 88.00 ture I wanted wh a t a rip

  These guys are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. They helped when I was in a pinch. There was a misunderstanding of their closing time on my part but they still fit me in. Their prices are decent and competitive. I very rarely give out 5 stars but the Tire Kingdom crew earned it! Godspeed!
