If I can find a way to cancel this I can upgrade but cannot cancel if somebody would. Please give me an insight. I would really appreciate it. I'm an old guy, don't know all this. AI BSI just wanna cancel it so I can go back up. North, all help would be very appreciated.

Great place, however the online portal is absolute garbage.
Before you get into the wash, they brush the front and back of your car. They only do half the front and that's it. I had some limerock splatters on the front and the only place where it was clean, was the left side. Right front still had it on it. Tomorrow I will tell them to do the whole front. They are lazy young people who don't want to work. I've sat there waiting for someone to come out until I honked my horn. I'm sick of this shit
Im from SWFL and from all the car washes to choose from… they all officially offer FREE vacuums to whoever. That means someone who did not get a car wash, but simply want to stop in for a quick vacuuming. As i pulled into this “joke” of a car wash… i was forced to do a u-turn in the middle of their “precious customers” because i do not have a membership to their carwash so i was not able to use their vacuums. What pisses me off about the whole thing is that i went onto google before going to this useless location. To see if they offer FREE VACUUMS and it says right on google… FREE VACUUMS as part of their services offered. This 100% is false advertisement and is not acceptable! Fix yourselves accordingly online or offer the service in person that you say you do online!
A disappointing situation that should have been handled with basic responsibility
I am writing this out of pure disappointment. I am a hard-working person who believes in supporting local businesses, and I truly wish it had never come to this point. If this was a simple mistake that could be easily fixed, I would have gladly worked it out with them privately.
I 100% understand that mistakes happen, and this should have been treated as a critical training opportunity. My goal here is not to see a local business close, and this is in no way, shape, or form an attempt to get anyone fired. But when operational failures occur, I expect a business to take responsibility rather than waiting you out, lawyering up, and pointing the finger at the customer.
During my visit, the loaders did not perform their basic safety checks, which led to a hazardous situation inside a live, moving tunnel. When I tried to address the equipment malfunction and the safety issues calmly with the team, I was met with immediate hostility. Later, ownership attempted to write off the entire incident and the resulting financial burden to me by simply offering a subscription refund.
Trying to handwave a serious safety issue and real damages with customer service boilerplate is incredibly disappointing. Because they refused to address the situation responsibly, I have had to retain legal counsel to resolve this matter through the proper legal channels. I am sharing my honest experience to make other everyday working people aware, and I will update this review as the legal process moves forward in court. Until then, please protect your vehicle and your hard-earned money.
