  I was heading to Bush Gardens with the kids when my battery light came on. I stopped into Auto Zone to have them check it. Alverto assisted me and went above and beyond what I expected, helping me safely get on my way because "I would want someone to help my wife and kids" when asked if I could tip him he responded " No thank you, please spend it on the kids". Thank you Alverto, for being a blessing a great example of working heartily, as for the Lord. Thank you for blessing my family today.

  Staff is very kind and helpful. Was having issues with a battery and lost one of the nuts that hold wire to the terminal in the parking lot, the young lady helped me search for it and even let me borrow a magnetic stick "picker-upper" to help me locate it. We found it in the end and solved the issue. Thanks again.

  I returned two items from a purchase I made I paid half cash and some On my bank card. I gave my bank card to my contractor to pick up supplies. It was a debit cardthey would not give me a refund or put the difference of seven dollars on my bank card of the same bank. now I will return the whole purchase and buy it at your competitor. Thank you for making things difficult for a customer when they’re trying to do a multiple things in the middle of moving will never do business With auto zone again
