  I've been coming to this Tire Kingdom for years for tires. Picked up a nail too close to the sidewall on a new tire on my Tesla , so I ordered a replacement online and brought it in to be mounted. They quoted me $50, which was fair — then when I went to pay, they said it was on the house. This store had slipped under the previous management, but the current crew is clearly turning it around. Honest, fair prices, and they take care of people. Highly recommend.

  These guys are under new management and it shows! They went above & beyond to help me within minutes of arriving at their store. I will be back, give em a chance beachside! We need to keep a full service tire and auto shop in our hood.

  I have been using Mike and the guys at Tire Kingdom IHB for years. They always do a great job of handling all my business vehicles, my personal vehicles and even some odd ball stuff like tractors and other equipment. Thanks Guys!

  If there is one thing you could take away from this review or just seeing this in general is research literally anything they tell you with AI. It will not lie. This place and the people who I dealt with are crooked, spurious, deceptive, and deceitful. While putting on a “friendly” I’m here to help you act. Look at the reviews that are 2-3 stars and lower they are going to be accurate. Specifically look at ones stating how corporate handles issues. (Edit, fake reviews etc.) After everything I’m now well versed on general vehicle repair, how much it costs, and a rough estimate of how long it should take. As well as tactics nefarious shops like this one uses to take advantage of you. Originally I had no clue about any of this. I make an appointment for a new tires and an oil change It should have cost roughly 1000 dollars. (Edit: extra charges, things I did not ask for, “I’ll throw this in for free”) (Edit: Labor time of all charges, they can work faster than the best pit crew in the world) My final bill ended up being 2000$ plus. With some down right inexplicable charges. (Edit: conversation with the manager, him gaslighting, playing dumb, trying classic manipulation 101) After trying to talk to the “manager” I decide to speak with corporate instead as our very civil conversation went no where. I end up calling whatever number Mr. Manager gives me and I talk on the phone for roughly 15 minutes to corporate listing out everything I had a problem with in great detail. After I was done explaining everything I was told I would be called Monday by a regional manager. Great I thought. (Edit: conversation with corporate, how she wanted me to settle it with “manager” instead.) I decide to be patient so I wait till Friday, and call the number they give to every negative review on here. I bring up what occurred, and ask when I will be called back to handle my many grievances. I was then asked what’s your reference number? Apparently that’s a thing now? First time I have heard of this, I was not given one by the first corporate person I talked to. I ask if there is anything in the system about my issue, I have an invoice number if that would that help. She replies no. I state all of my issues in a concise manner I and a referral number is given to me this time. Great I suppose, hopefully that number does anything at all. As well as where I had my car “serviced”. I ask when I can expect someone to reach out, I basically get a reply stating whenever the regional manager can get around to it. A week later still nothing. *(Edit)= I will come back to this later to add more details and information.

  The reason reason I am giving you one star is. I cannot stand liars and it was not from the manager of the store. It was from corporate who says they were gonna deliver tires and decided. No, we'll do it the next day. Well, let me tell you, you just lost a customer for life. And then I call customer service and they hang up on me.Do not trust this company. This is to the owner.The reason why I wrote a post is your option 2sucks. They are rude.They hung up on me.You should maybe go to undercover boss and go back there and see what's going on.Being owner it's bad news. So I said before, no hard feelings against the people of the tired Kingdom, Indian Harbor Beach store, they did a fantastic job.Unfortunately corporate doesn't care about anybody. Maybe you wanna put a little money into the store and cleaning it up until lesser money in your own pocket and your little cronies , that hit sit in the high castle.
