  Scratched my car and when I went to them they didn’t want to near about it. My rear upper side was scratched and it had to be from the brushes. i canceled the membership and they don’t give refunds. Bad customer service! They didn’t offer to do anything about it.

  I’ve been to this Carwash many times, went through today and it started raining by the time I got out the car wash NOT before. I asked the staff for a courtesy repeat wash and the staff all ask each other multiple questions, manager came out and said sorry we don’t do that here. She was nasty and rude and I have informed her that I will never be patronizing this Carwash again. Find a Carwash that treats customers as if they’re worth having coming back. The employees at this Carwash are unprofessional not nice and will ultimately cost this business everything.

  I used to love Caliber. Got the limitless membership when they opened and at the time I had a silver Expedition. Went through at least twice a week, but apparently my silver paint was doing a great job at hiding all of the scratches and swirl marks caused by the car wash. Fast forward, I purchase a new Grand Highlander, dark gray/blue (Storm Cloud). After ONE wash on my brand new car, I had terrible swirl marks up and down both sides and all over the hood and rear hatch. I spoke with employees who offered to set my account to have the brushes retract, which I did and then continued my membership for a few months. However, only the side brushes retract, not the octopus-like part that drags over the top of the vehicle. My car continued to become more scratched. I cancelled my membership and am now faced with a $650 bill for paint correction (and an always dirty car). Really wish there was an alternative because the employees are really nice, the facility is really nice and the supplies and area provided for interior cleaning are top notch and always work well. I'm really disappointed.

  This place is terrible. Tried to talk us into a membership, we said no, we only wanted a one time wash and they billed us monthly anyway…we have only been there one time and they broke a after market part. We are working with our bank to have it resolved. Scam! Beware.
