***GO TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUE TO POOR SERVICE AND THEY WILL OFFER YOU A $10 A MONTH DISCOUNT FOR ONE YEAR*** THEY REFUSED TO LISTEN TO OUR FEEDBACK? GET THEM WHERE IT HURTS 🤘💪🥂 Original review "Severely disappointed. Coming from New York and having a place called Washville that operated under the same principles, I thought this place would give me a similar deal and wash. Not even close! Piss-poor job, including the whole rear of the vehicle, and the rims and wheel wells don't even get touched. Canceling my subscription after two weeks" My email sent to the owner in response to their response. "My complaint was based on three things. The first two, and the most important, are the rims and the wheel wells. They do not get touched by the machine at all. I was told by the guy who sits there with a scrub brush in his hand that he's not allowed to do the rims, and that that's why there are brushes in front before you enter. If I wanted to scrub my own rims, I wouldn't be paying you $30 a month. The third thing was the back of the car (an SUV). It was barely touched because the guy with the brush in his hand just did the windshield and nothing else. This was even after I offered him a tip. On top of that, he had headphones on and was whispering. I asked him twice to speak up, and he seemed incapable of it. I'm not sure what you pay them for. I don't intend on keeping this service just to do my own work" Response from the corporate clown gave me the usual bs response and did not address any issues regarding the rims, the wheel wells, or the rear of the vehicle *** Do not go here unless you are willing to clean your own rims and wheel wells, and rear of the vehicle***

This place doesn’t take care of simple maintenance! Vacuum heads are always coming off and air hoses are always tangled.

Scratched my car and when I went to them they didn’t want to near about it. My rear upper side was scratched and it had to be from the brushes. i canceled the membership and they don’t give refunds. Bad customer service! They didn’t offer to do anything about it.

I’ve been to this Carwash many times, went through today and it started raining by the time I got out the car wash NOT before. I asked the staff for a courtesy repeat wash and the staff all ask each other multiple questions, manager came out and said sorry we don’t do that here. She was nasty and rude and I have informed her that I will never be patronizing this Carwash again. Find a Carwash that treats customers as if they’re worth having coming back. The employees at this Carwash are unprofessional not nice and will ultimately cost this business everything.
