I brought my car in early Saturday morning, cause the check engine light was on. I got my car in quickly and even though they weren’t able to fix what was wrong with it. The customer service was great and no charge for them checking it.

Just got two new tires and an alignment done and I’m very satisfied. There were a couple of issues with the alignment which were fixed same day. Cameron did a great job and Perry (I think that was his name, gentleman from North Philly, Go Birds!) were both friendly and helpful. Thanks again fellas! I appreciate the great customer service!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Mavis Tires! A huge shoutout to Ian and Eric for going above and beyond to help me, even though they were closing in just 30 minutes! Instead of turning me away or rushing me, he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days! Got me in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. I originally made an appointment for 1 o’clock, but they were super busy so they asked if I could reschedule my time and since I live so close it was not a big inconvenience. I would definitely recommend.
