  About a little over a month ago I bought a 2016 Kia Optima from here. Outside of a couple of small problems I encountered days after their service department QUICKLY remedied the problem and I’ve had NO other complaints. Be sure you get to see SYANN and get the 2 year warranty. Very happy with my purchase now

  I was at this establishment with my children and wife, dropping a friend off to pick up her car. I heard yelling from the parking lot and went to check it out. Walked in on a very large older man pounding his desk, yelling obscenities at my wife and her friend. Without even getting in the door he stood up and asked if I'd like to fight in the parking lot. He proceeds to continue name calling and swearing towards two women pounding on his desk. This man should not be dealing with customers in my opinion. If you value treatment of your wives/daughters I'd recommend not going here.

  We had a terrible experience with this dealership. My husband bought a truck from them, and within just ONE week it started having problems. We brought it back and they kept the truck for a few days claiming they were going to try to fix the issue. After all that time, they called my husband and said they were no longer going to work on it because they “weren’t going to work for free.” That response was honestly shocking. If you sell a vehicle that breaks down almost immediately, that’s not “working for free” that’s taking responsibility for what you sold. They also tried justifying that the truck was bought “as is” along with a bunch of other excuses trying to shift the blame onto us instead of just taking accountability. you don’t expect a vehicle to start breaking down just days after purchasing it. It wouldn’t have even been that big of an issue that it was sold “as is” if they had just been honest from the start about the problems the truck had. This dealership clearly has no problem selling faulty vehicles and then avoiding accountability when something goes wrong. Customer service was disappointing, and the lack of honesty is even worse. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you’re willing to take the risk of being stuck with a defective vehicle and no support.
