I am not the kind of person who responds well to pressured sales or head games, so it was such a relief when Mark simply asked questions, listened, and respected what we said. As a professional, he really paid attention to what we were looking for; he only needed to show us four options before we found the vehicle for us. It had tons of bells and whistles and was already at a great price. I kept waiting for the pressure or head games to start once the only thing standing between us and the vehicle was the paperwork. To my surprise, they never did. In fact, Mark was able to reduce the price even more just to make the numbers work for me. I never thought I would feel so welcomed, relaxed, and confident at a place like this. Mark took what could have been a stressful situation and turned it into, dare I say it, an enjoyable experience.
