  Every time I've rented from this location, it has been a very quick and easy process to get the car both rented and dropped back off. I highly recommend working with Enterprise when you need a rental vehicle!

  To start, when I first arrived, the manager attempted to place me in a vehicle that was visibly dented and had not even been checked in, which clearly meant it had not been properly serviced or prepared. What was most concerning was that he was unwilling to acknowledge the issue. In fact, I was the one who had to point it out when he said he was “trying to check it in.” I had to stop him and ask why he was attempting to assign me a vehicle that had not been serviced and was already damaged. As an Emerald Club member with National, I expect a much higher standard of professionalism and service. I’m not sure whether this location operates more like a franchise with lower standards, or if this was simply a case of poor management and lack of customer care, but either way, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the attitude I encountered. I should not have had to become visibly annoyed just to avoid being forced into an unsuitable vehicle. I would appreciate a much more personalized level of service in the future, along with greater professionalism and far less attitude when addressing legitimate customer concerns.

  A one man show at this branch but the young man handled everyone and everything quickly and never let the stressful situation get to him.

  Rented here at least 4 times since moving to FL and would not rent from anywhere else. Eric and ashley both treated me great and i was even picked up at my job so i didnt have to ask anyone for a ride. The older gentelmen who picked me up was great but unfortunatly i didnt get his name. There a great team at this location. Thanks guys!
