  Don't use Enterprise unless you want extra money added to your debit card without even asking you or telling you what is for. They are quick to take it out of your debit card or your bank account but who knows when you'll get it back ❗

  I couldn’t be happier with the customer service this location provides! Gio and Eric both go over and beyond making sure that the car booked online is available. They make sure that everything is great before you leave the lot. My son left behind his beloved Pokémon card and they called me after they found it in the back seat. It’s the little things, you know? I highly recommend this location!

  We rent all of our vehicles from the Enterprise in Hudson FL. The staff are always pleasant, the vehicles are always clean, and customer service is spot on. The only reason they didn’t receive a five star rating is because they did not have luxury inventory that we had reserved. I suggest that reservations not allow customers to make reservations at locations without sufficient inventory levels to meet customer demand in this category. This will get customers connected to the locations with sufficient inventory and higher probability to meet customer needs.

  They were super helpful. The original vehicle id reserved was no longer available to rent so I chose something else,and when it was saying it needed service I brought it back after a phone call and was able to switch for a similar size vehicle with little hassle, but a 20 minute wait. Also, thanks for being able to pick me up after my prearranged ride fell through.

  Went to this Enterprise location to rent a mid-sized SUV or bigger. I have had an enterprise account for 8 years. I asked him what they had available. I got a <sigh> with, "Well you see what I have on the lot". I tried to make light of it and said, "well, I only need one". After he looked for a moment, he said, you should have called. Ok - but I came in to see you. I am staying at the place across the street until the weekend and wanted a car to drive while mine was getting to upgrades. Then, he asked - Credit or Debit. I said, Debit - then he said "No, we don't have anything". So, I was like - "if I said Credit, then you have something?" He said yes and started to act like I was wasting his time. So, I said - OK, I have a Chime Credit Card, to which he was happy to tell me that they do not take a Chime credit card. So - they won't take my Debit Card, won't take my credit card. Enterprise - has a car available - but can't put me in it for 3 days. Pretty much got the cold shoulder after that. Well, I guess that does it for me with Enterprise. I understand if they can't take a Chime Card... and I understand if they can't take my debit card... but the friendly helpful service just does not exist at this location. That could have and should have went way different.
