  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The team at Valvoline in Homosassa did an amazing job! I was impressed by their professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail. There were four people working on my car, checking everything and verbally confirming each step with one another. Even replacing the oil cap got a callout and confirmation. That level of care gave me a lot of confidence in their work. A special thank-you to my service tech, KC, who did a fantastic job! My one suggestion is to make the pricing clearer. Both the phone quote and the explanation at the shop left me thinking the advertised 50% discount would come off the quoted price. It turned out the quote already included that discount, which wasn’t clearly explained. The discounted price was excellent, but knowing that upfront would have prevented the confusion. Overall, excellent service, a very good price, and an impressive team. Five stars!

  Horrible! They spilled oil on our engine, air sensor and coil packs, using their suction gadget for the oil via the dipstick, and they don’t want to reimburse us for the repair. They claimed to have called us, (no voicemail) and stated because we didn’t let them inspect it—they won’t pay. It happed on Saturday and we needed the vehicle to get to work and we were told the claim would take 24-72 hrs to process. Now we are going to have to take them to small claims—shouldn’t have to do this. Where is the customer service?? I have photos and an itemized mechanical report showing we are telling the truth. I wouldn’t trust them to do a good job or to back up their mistakes.

  Web shows opens at 8am. Waited until 9:15am. no body ever showed up to open the store. Left disappointed. If I could give a zero I would. Thanks for nothing.
