Good morning; I hope a manager from this branch reads this review. On March 10, 2026, around 8:30 AM, I went to the tire shop check-in counter because my rear right tire had developed a small bulge. I showed the lady handling the check-in a photo with the exact tire size I needed. She very kindly informed me that, since I didn't have an appointment, I would have to wait four or five hours. I had no choice but to wait, as I wouldn't get very far with my tire in that condition. Around 2:30 PM, the lady told me I was next; I handed over my van's keys and sat down to keep waiting. They took the van into the shop at 3:30 PM, but about 45 minutes later, a mechanic came to tell me they didn't have the specific tire size my van uses (LT 225 75 R 16). I asked why they hadn't told me sooner—given that I had been waiting for about eight hours and had shown them the photo at check-in—but the only explanation I got was "I'm sorry." He mentioned there was a tire shop across the street that might have that type of tire. That’s when my ordeal began: the shop across the street did have what I needed, but since I arrived at 4:30 PM, they didn't have time to perform the replacement. I continued looking for a tire shop nearby that was still open. I found a shop about 25 miles away; on my way there, the tire blew out in the middle of I-275. I had to call a roadside assistance service that charged me $535 for just one tire. All of this happened because I had spent over eight hours waiting at Walmart. If the employee had actually looked closely at the photo of the tire I needed and checked their inventory, they could have told me early in the morning that it wasn't in stock. I would have gone to Malvis Tire Shop early and resolved the issue, but—perhaps because the employees aren't sufficiently trained for their roles—the customer ends up paying for their mistakes or negligence.

False advertising. They put an attractive price on their billboard for unleaded, but charge more at the pump. Didn’t specify cash vs credit either.
