And their honesty and integrity was apparent in everything they did. I just moved here 2 months ago from northeast of Cleveland, Ohio, and had a long standing relationship with my local Nat'l Tire and Battery, who always treated me like a queen! Now I have these guys!! I feel very fortunate! It's very difficult as a single woman to find mechanics that you can trust.
- AAAudreyApr 26, 20261.0We had a really frustrating experience with this Mavis location. My husband called ahead to explain that we had a blown tire and were driving on a spare on US-19. We let them know we could make it to the store by 4:30 PM, but were told they couldn’t help us because they already had too many vehicles and close at 5 PM. The problem is, both their website and Google list their hours as closing at 6 PM. We were also over 2 hours away from home and trying to get help in a stressful situation, so being turned away like that was extremely disappointing. I understand shops get busy, but the inconsistent hours and lack of willingness to assist a customer in need is not something I would expect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and never do business with mavis tires again.
