  I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance only to have it moved out a week and a half, without my consent, the day of my appointment. Notification was by email only, and since I only check email once a day, I waited in vain. The technician was great when he finally came.

  Perhaps it's just this location but these guys do not have it together. I had a 10 am appointment for recalibration of my car cameras. This was an appointment, not a drop in. I arrived, they took my keys and said they'd start on my car as soon as they finished the car currently in the bay. A few minutes later, another customer walks in with a 10:30 am appointment for the same thing. As I am waiting for my car, I watched the 10:30 appointment come and go. Then they tell me they didn't have the correct equipment and would have to have it brought from another location. Dude. They knew I was coming. It was a schedule appointment. Why wouldn't tje necessary equipment be available? And, had I not been skipped maybe they would have realized sooner that they didn't have the equipment and could have had it brought during the 10:30 appointment. But no. I waited 3.5 hours for something that should have taken 30 minutes. Pick a different location. Or, a different provider.
