- DSDesire SteelApr 24, 20265.0Best repair shop in a while. They are so quick! Before I could sit down inside i turned around and saw the door panel already being removed. The mechanic removed the door panel, broken side mirror, then placed the replacement in and door panel back on in 13 minutes😳!!! Not only are they time efficient but everyone i spoke to including Mr. Gonzalez and the front receptionist were quick to answer all my questions, professional yet still family friendly. In the short time i was there every customer who came in was in and out too! They also seemed to be regulars because they all greeted and had friendly conversation like long time friends and family. They will most likely be my spot for maintenance now too. The atmosphere was great, people great, service great, prices great, everything great great great. I usually go to places in Hialeah for tires, alignment, oil change since i always find better prices but I checked Gonzalez prices while I was there and they were $18 to $40 cheaper for different maintenance i get elsewhere. The receptionist was so helpful with that. She was so kind and down to earth. Everyone was. Thanks Gonzalez and team. I will recommend to everyone at my work, family and friends. I Highly recommend to all.

My car uses 5W40, a rarer oil which they purchased from NAPA in a jippy. I was not allowed in the shop due to "insurance" reasons. They have a nice waiting room however, with bathrooms & snack machines. I was in/out pretty quickly. Parking seems plenty but fills up.
