Customer service told her to take it to Homestead and they would easily switch her a car. Manager Michael was So rude, walked out on her multiple times made my mother cry, Made my mother with heart issues wait outside in the heat. And then gave her a car with slipping transmission with my sons I have never in my life had such horrible customer service to my mother and the fear for their safety was horrible. The man, my mother was such disrespect he shouldn’t have his job
