  This specific Enterprise always comes in clutch and it’s not too far from my house! I had to return a car at the last minute right before closing but big ups to Ahmari and Leslie for still letting me return the vehicle! The experience was a 10 out of 10!

  Very polite but was unable to get the car that I had booked. Nothing available and at the end i just canceled the reservation.

  I had a terrible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car I booked my rental in advance, expecting a smooth and reliable process, but when I arrived, the car I reserved wasn’t even available. What’s the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t there when you show up? It completely defeats the purpose and caused unnecessary stress and delays. On top of that, the service was awful. There was little to no communication, no urgency to resolve the issue, and no real effort to make things right. Overall, extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this location or service to anyone. I would also like to include that Ahmari Harvard Rental Management Assistant, stated that he canceled my booking after I refused to accept a damaged vehicle. At no point did he acknowledge me or attempt to assist me until I approached him first. The level of customer service at this location was completely unacceptable very unprofessional, with a nasty attitude throughout the interaction. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially as a paying customer expecting basic respect and assistance. I should not have to go online just to speak with someone about an issue that occurred at your location this morning. It’s extremely frustrating that the two men working at the front desk represented your company in such an unprofessional manner. It’s unacceptable that behavior like this is not being addressed or taken seriously, especially when it involves paying customers. Experiences like mine reflect poorly on your company, and it raises serious concerns about accountability at this location. Because of this, I will not be returning to rent from the Homestead location again.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Unprofessional Management & Terrible Service I went with my friend to pick up her rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the experience was honestly shocking. She had a reservation booked in advance, yet the car wasn’t even available when we got there. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, the so-called manager, Ahmari, was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the situation. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no attempt to offer a real solution. Instead of stepping up as a manager should, they came off dismissive and unprofessional. Watching how this was handled firsthand made it clear this location does not value its customers at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
