After being stuck with an unsafe vehicle rented from the FLL airport office for over a week with just empty promises from FLL, I stopped into the Homestead office. They reviewed the extensive notes on this rental and fixed it effortlessly.

I don’t understand why they have such a long wait time , it feels like watching paint dry. Today is the third and last time they mess up my reservation. They consistently bait and switch customers, they are the used car dealership of car rentals. As of today, Spirit Airlines has better customer service and they are no longer in business. I can continue and type how bad this branches is, but I Don’t want to continue wasting my time with enterprise. I recommend using a different car rental service.

I returned my rental this Friday at 4pm right before they closed with my son and my son left his man bag in the car with money over $4k!!!!! his gold bracelet that his grandfather gave him !! And we arrived Saturday morning at 7 am to be the first to loook for it and everyone there was not helpful the manager Aileen was laughing and being rude and didn’t assist !!!! Saying they don’t have cameras !!! Pretended to check lost and found !!! They didn’t want to give name of person who cleaned car !!! What a poorly managed store ! Enterprise should be ashamed of these people !! I filed a police report and all !!!!
