  I stopped by this AutoZone this morning to pick up oil, an oil filter and washer fluid for my daughter’s 2022 Toyota Camry. As soon as I walked in I was helped by a young gentleman named Vladimir, and I have to say he really stood out to me. He knew what he was talking about, paid attention to the details, and explained the different filter options to me without making it feel like he was just trying to sell me something. He recommended the Mobil 1 filter and knew the Toyota filter information right off the top of his head. No looking around, no guessing. You could tell he knows his job. But what impressed me even more was his personality. Vladimir joked with me, made me smile, and just made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. It felt like I was talking to somebody I had known for a while instead of somebody behind a counter. I actually walked out thinking, if this young man treats every customer the way he treated me today, AutoZone has somebody special working for them. Put a person like Vladimir in a management position one day and let him teach other employees that same attitude, work ethic and way of treating people, and I honestly believe it would be great for the business. Great experience this morning. Vladimir, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. People notice it.

  I've been to this AutoZone several times over the past two weeks, and I want to start by saying that the customer service is excellent. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they've made every visit a positive experience. That said, the lack of air conditioning has made shopping here very uncomfortable. We live in Miami, and the heat inside the store is honestly overwhelming. Even spending just a few minutes looking for parts or waiting for assistance feels unpleasant because of how hot it is. It's a shame because the staff does such a great job, but the environment takes away from the overall experience. I really hope management addresses this issue soon so customers can shop comfortably.
