  5 stars for Fernando Hernandez at AutoZone! He helped me scan my 2009 Lancer and explained all the codes to me in a way I could understand. Super patient, professional and honest - didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Best service l've had at AutoZone. Thank you Fernando!

  Fernando Herrera is supper nice and he help me fix my car when it broke down. He went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my car running again. 10 out of 10 service and recommend him to all customers.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Florida City thanks to Dominga and Raymond! I came in as a last-minute customer who cane for a battery and they never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. They were patient, professional and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate all of their help with my battery and the time they took to make sure I was taken care of. Dominga and Raymond went above and beyond! Their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you both for the outstanding service! Highly recommend this location!

  Hands down my favorite AutoZone to go to. The staff is always incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me to exactly what I needed especially the manager Dominga. She is always super pleasant and knowledgeable and I always leave learning something new. The store was well-stocked, organized, and checkout was super quick. I’ll definitely be returning for all my car needs!

  Outstanding customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, which is why I felt compelled to recognize Austin at AutoZone. This is the second time Austin has helped me in the past two weeks, and both experiences have been exceptional. The first time, he took the time to diagnose the check engine light on my wife’s vehicle, carefully explained everything, and even printed out the diagnostic results for me. He never made me feel rushed and went well beyond what I expected. Today, I returned because my car needed a new battery. Austin tested it, confirmed it needed replacement, and then, without me even asking, offered to install the new battery himself. As someone who is passionate about customer service, that level of initiative and professionalism truly impressed me. He wasn’t just doing his job—he was genuinely focused on helping the customer. Austin is a respectful, knowledgeable, hardworking young man with an incredible attitude. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and I have no doubt he is going to do great things in life. AutoZone has an incredible asset on its team, and I sincerely hope his leadership recognizes the value he brings every single day.
