  No cumplen con la garantía que te dan Aparte te dicen que la llanta no sirve para que compres otra y la llanta solo tiene 3 meses de haberla comprado a ellos mismos Son 4 llantas que compre y se me puncha llego y dicen que no sirve por no repararse

  This place is phenomenal. The staff is professional from the moment I walked in the door. I want to give a shout out to Elizabeth for her professionalism and provided me with information of what was going on with my tires. I will continue to keep coming here. I have been coming here since I moved into the area. Thank you Elizabeth.

  Do NOT come to this place. I brought my car in for a inspection (brakes, wheels, fluids, tires). When they called me to say the car was “ready,” I asked if they had checked the windshield wiper fluid because it wasn’t working. They literally said, “oh no,” which clearly shows they didn’t even complete the inspection. The same person on the phone even admitted the staff didn’t do a good job and basically messed up. Because of that, I had to leave my car overnight and pick it up the next day at noon. When we went to pick it up, my husband noticed something was wrong with the interior lights. They admitted it was their mistake but had no idea how to fix it, and told us the person who knows how to fix it wouldn’t be there until Monday. That means I would have to leave my car again for the entire weekend because of their error, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I left my car in good condition, and when I got it back, the brakes were barely working. That is extremely unsafe. Terrible service. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Avoid this place.

  This was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in to purchase and install 4 new tires, along with a brake inspection and a wheel alignment, since my previous tires wore out prematurely due to uneven wear on the outer edges. They accepted the order, gave me a total price, and I left to wait. When I returned, they simply told me the final amount with no explanation about the brake inspection and no alignment report. I asked them directly if the alignment had been done. They told me it was not in the order, even though I clearly requested it when dropping off the car. After I questioned it, they went to “check” and came back saying everything was fine and that they didn’t do the alignment to “save me money.” That immediately raised concerns, because I already knew the alignment was not fine. I asked them to check again and actually perform the alignment, which cost me even more time. Eventually, they put the car on the alignment rack, worked on it briefly, and told me everything was ready and that they would print the report while I paid. After paying, I received the alignment sheet and noticed that the rear toe values were still far out of spec significantly beyond acceptable limits. When I pointed this out, the technician started making excuses, claiming that nothing more could be done and that the issue was caused by the rear shocks, which is not a valid explanation, especially for a relatively new car. Throughout the entire process, I was given inconsistent and misleading information, and only after asking direct questions. Otherwise, they were ready to take payment without any explanation. What made the experience even worse as I was leaving, I saw one of the employees take a customer’s car and do a burnout in the parking lot, creating smoke everywhere. There were tire marks all over the pavement. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff showed a lack of professionalism, poor technical understanding, and questionable behavior. Not only can they fail to fix your car, but they may actually cause additional damage. I will not be returning to this service or this chain again even for free.
