  Huge shoutout to Will, Ken, and Diego at Tire Kingdom! I came in with a nail in my tire and they took great care of me. They helped put the two best tires in the front and installed two new ones in the back, all for a really affordable price. Super helpful, honest, and efficient service. Definitely appreciate the team for making the whole process easy and stress-free!

  I can't say enough about Terrell, I've been coming here for 10 years. Never met a manager who goes over and above. Gives you the prices up front, great customer service, treats his customers with respect. Mavis should be proud to have him as a manager.

  As always, a great experience at this Tire Kingdom location. The service was quick, easy, and I felt like I could actually trust what they were telling me. No upselling or pressure, just honest help. The manager, Terrell, is fantastic—super friendly, professional, and makes the process smooth from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely the place for your car service needs!

  Came in this past Sunday afternoon because my tire was flat. My husband helped me remove the tire from my vehicle so we just brought it to the tire shop. The guys in the garage came and grabbed it from him before they went inside to tell the front desk what size it was. We went in at the same time the guy from the shop was saying the tire size. My husband stood back and off to the side while I waited next in line. When I was next the guy at the front desk completely ignored my existence, he was looking at my husband asking him what he could help him with, to which my husband had to point at me and say "her" before this person acknowledged me. I had to tell him the tire size again, and he said that they only had 1 tire available for that size and it was about 100 bucks plus the cost of labor. Had me sign something that didn't have the price on it, and I asked what the total cost was and he said "after the work is done". We waited in the car, service was quick, they brought out the tire and put it in the trunk. My husband was checking online beforehand and it showed 3-4 different tires available at this location in that size, and even looked up the tire we were given and it wasn't listed as available online, but it was also a cheaper tire they typically sell for $63 elsewhere. He decided to go back in on my behalf because clearly I was given the "womans treatment". Was able to have a discussion and given a small discount which brought the total to $111 for a 15 inch tire by itself. Glad they were able to get me back on the road, but the sexism was not necessary.
