  I had a very disappointing experience with some of the other employees at this Enterprise location. They were unfriendly and made me feel like they didn’t care about helping me. Thankfully, Ciara completely turned my experience around. She was kind, professional, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. She listened, treated me with respect, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her outstanding customer service made all the difference. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like Ciara on their team. Thank you for turning a negative experience into a positive one. I truly appreciate your help!

  Instead of making the process of getting a car rental easy…..they find every way to complicate and make the process absolutely stressful. Not only did I have to go through a traumatic accident now I’m left with no form of transportation after getting my car totaled loss. Cat made me wait over an hour just to tell me I couldn’t get the car as she’s having me initial the agreement to the rental. Such a waste

  In June, I went down to Miami for a family trip. Although, I was working remotely from my Airbnb, I still needed a car to get around. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at another rental car company the day we flew in. Ended up leaving without my car rental. So the next day, my Dad and I headed out to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Francisco, the Branch Rental Manager helped us when I rented a JEEP Latitude Compass. I've rented vehicles least two times before from this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Hollywood, FL. I've never had a bad experience there. Customer service is on point and the rental prices are affordable. Francisco was also there when I returned the vehicle. He handled the transaction himself and was most professional. I had left the phone holder (I bought for the rental) inside and he returned it to me. They're very honest and hardworking. This is by far, my favorite Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

  We flew into South Florida for a work trip and made a last-minute decision to rent a vehicle. The only option available that fit our group was a truck, which was perfectly fine—but not exactly the fun beach vehicle we had envisioned. Kevin took it upon himself to make our trip even better. Within about 15 minutes, he located a Jeep at another location and had it ready for us. That extra effort made a huge difference and added to an already amazing trip. Kevin’s customer service was exceptional. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to create a great experience. His dedication and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. If you’re renting a vehicle, I highly recommend working with Kevin!

  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise.The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised. Everyone went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and ensure I had a smooth experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for reliable transportation and outstanding service. making my rental experience stress-free and enjoyable!
