  They had my license plate sitting there at the dealership for TWO WEEKS while I drove around with an expired registration because they were avoiding me to avoid having to fix my car. Classic scammer car salesmen. I bought I car from this place and of course during the process of my deal the guys were super helpful and charming but it was just to get me to sign. The car I got had a few issues like missing one windshield wiper, the bumber was not secured (from being towed) and the passenger window didn’t work, the tire pressure reader was broken. It was 8pm when my deal was finally done so they told me, we’ll call you in the morning and let you know when to bring the car back so we can fix those things. Because I told them I didn’t want to buy it if I would be responsible for those fixes. They really reassured me they would take care of those things. That call never came so I called them. And was told “I’ll call you back in 15mins” and that call never came either. So went to the dealership after two days and the manager there just wrote down everything that needed to be fixed as if he didn’t just promise me to have this stuff taken care of two days ago. And told me “we’ll see what we can do and give you a call back” and you guessed it, that’s call never came. I texted my salesman directly and he left me on read and stopped taking my calls. I called the office every single day asking for managers and keep being told someone would call me back.. here we are six weeks later and I FINALLY get transferred to a manager just to be told “it’s been more than 30days so I can’t help you.” Second red flag: First they wanted 5k down for the car I wanted and I didn’t have it all up front and after spending 4.5 hours at the dealership they told me “for your inconvenience we’ll take 2k down”. And of course I was happy about that but the next day the salesman calls me and tells me “when the bank calls you and ask you how much you put down just lie and say you put 5k down” like excuse me?!?!?

  Working with Car Factory located in Hollywood was extremely frustrating. Originally we wanted an Audi that we’ve seen on that lot but the finance manager advised us they the bank denied us for it. He then advised us we were approved for a Mercedes Benz. We agreed, of course. We paid $4,000 for the down payment & they were kind enough to set a weekly payment plan of $500 for the next month to cover the rest of the down payment. Which was great so we were able to leave the lot the same day with our Benz. 2 days pass and we were told we needed a co-signer. This was a blow to us because we didn’t have anyone to co-sign. If this was told to us beforehand it would have avoided the headache from the both parties. Due to us not having a co-signer we had to return the car and we were NOT REFUNDED our $4,000 deposit back. We signed for the car but it was not verbally stated to us that under no circumstances we would receive a refund. The only remedy they offered was to choose a different car that the bank would accept without a co-signer. This was extremely disappointing news because we felt we could get better terms/better car than what they were suggesting so in the end we were stuck working with a bad business. My review is very honest and is not to bash the company but I recommend using caution when working with this dealer. Very bad experience.

  Worst used car place in Hollywood fl… if you want to give away free money this is the place for you.. They advertise a low price online until you get to the dealership and get approved then the car price magically increases 🤣 about $4000 more.. so I brought a Range Rover from this place march 21st 2026 the car needed some work done, a scrubbing noise when turning the steering wheel, a low battery and a few other things… so I then returned the car a day later because they said they will take care of it… fast forward 3 weeks later the car was supposed to be picked up. Until I got to the location they said an error was made with my deal 😒.. so finding out they canceled the deal.. $3500 was paid to them upfront and $1000 remaining balance once the car was fixed.. so the day I came to pick up the car they made me pay the $1000 balance.. I asked to test the car to see if everything was good but they refused…so a few more days later a new deal was made and got the car to find out nothing was fixed…. So within the three weeks of waiting they lied and said the car was at the mechanic being fixed they was waiting on a part to come in …Jesus is the manager there who told me all of this straight lied to my face… stay far away from this place….
