  My experience here was a 10/10…as soon as we walked in and greeted someone they helped us look and decide what our best option was! i was really indecisive but Marcelo walked outside with me for hours trying to decide and when we did they provided the best monthly payment in our budget! I would recommend to everyone!!

  I bought a 15 ft truck and it was a great experience Jesus and Ismael were the greatest and made it so much easier for me I would recomend car Factory to friends and family

  So my husband and I both purchased a vehicle from the Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood location. Before and during the sale they were all attentive and seemed to care. As soon as the papers are signed it’s extremely hard to contact anyone, they literally transfer our calls all day and whenever I call to ask a question I’m constantly getting transferred to others who can’t help me or don’t understand me. It’s very frustrating and difficult to have to deal with people who doesn’t know much and who doesn’t care after the sale. I regret this purchase I wish I would have went elsewhere honestly I feel scammed

  I had a very poor and distressing experience with this dealership. I believe I was given misleading and inconsistent information throughout the process, which has resulted in significant financial stress and confusion. During my interaction with them, I felt pressured and did not receive clear, honest, or respectful communication. I also experienced what I perceived as threats regarding payment, which made the situation feel intimidating and highly unprofessional. In addition, I do not believe the company has taken appropriate accountability or made any meaningful effort to resolve my concerns. My attempts to address the issue directly have been dismissed or have not led to a fair resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to proceed with extreme care before doing business with them. I am currently pursuing further review through my bank and relevant consumer protection channels.
