  Andrei was a great help today. I brought an elderly gentleman to this store to help him get his battery checked. The gentleman couldn't remember the phone number he used on his original battery purchase and Andrei made an absolute effort to get the warranty looked up. The elderly gentleman fortunately still had a warranty and Andrei installed the battery like an absolute professional. He cleaned and put battery terminal protection on for the gentleman. If I could give more starts I would. This store has always been the store I used and it's people like Andrei that has made me a loyal customer for 20+ years

  I have bought a portable air compressor a day before, but it had a missing part. I have accidentally thrown away the receipt, but store manager Jam was so kind to find it in the system and do the refund directly to my card. I felt welcome in the store and got the professional advice I needed.

  I had a great experience at AutoZone! I stopped by to pick up some cleaning wipes after the car wash across the street missed a few spots on my car. Once I found everything I needed, I headed to the register where Victor helped me check out. Victor went above and beyond with his customer service. He took the time to explain the AutoZone Rewards program in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He let me know it was free to sign up, and after explaining the benefits, I was happy to join. He explained that purchases of $20 or more earn one credit, and after earning five credits, you get a $20 reward. My purchase came to about $16, but I appreciated that he was upfront and transparent about how the program works instead of trying to oversell it. Victor was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and truly represented what great customer service should look like. Employees like him make a lasting impression and are a big reason customers want to come back. Thank you, Victor, for making my visit such a positive experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I came over the weekend to get my battery replaced since my previous one died. I was helped by Adriana, the shift manager. She was absolutely amazing, thorough and patient throughout the entire experience. She was extremely helpful, even shared information on battery care, ensured I had lubricant this time as my previous autozone install didn't use it which caused a lot of battery acid to accumulate and made it difficult to remove. But Adriana was a trooper and did an amazing job installing the new battery making sure it was secure and all the battery acid was off my connectors. I would come to this Autozone just to be serviced by her. Having a fellow female assist me was a Godsend and I was treated with respect and dignity. ❤️ She was professional and so kind. Highly recommend seeing her for any car needs.
