  DO NOT. rent from them unless you want a call 2 days before your suppose to pick up your truck saying “they don’t even sell the style van we reserved in ANY of the Tampa locations”. There reservation center has no proper communications with the actual stores inventory and what they have. They also don’t warn you that and should advise that maybe you should triple check inventory since they can’t do there job. There policy is to give u a 48 hour notice before the pick up date which is zero time to find another company. This business is a waste of your time. Don’t make the same mistake idea and rely on these people.

  This branch has the best customer service hands down. Mark & Corey both have helped us out multiple times with multiple rentals. I would highly recommend going here if you are in need of a rental truck.
