It is a very busy location. Not enough people to work the capacity.

Rented a car and it apparently a mechanical problem. Was told to go to the airport to have it exchanged. I specifically asked the branch and the customer service representative if they would have an SUV which is what I rented. They told me that it would not be an issue because they had a vast selection of vehicles. I get there and was told that they could only provide me something completely opposite of what I had rented. Requested to speak with the manager and he told me that the branch should not had sent me to the airport. I told him that customer service had said to go there as well and that they could provide me with a vehicle the same as I had reserved. To this he replied, that was not the policy and that he just needed to give me a "safe car". So, forget about customer service being a priority at the airport.

Frustrating experience I picked up my car from a shop got recommended that I can go and drop off the rental I had to this enterprise, mind you I live an hour away so it was very convenient to drop it off there because of the gas. They refused to take the car I’m sorry but that is their job. So when I took the rental back from where i originally got it i explained to them what the first place did to me and they stated that they couldn’t refuse to take the rental. Very inconvenient unhelpful staff
