  Great experience with Osmel. Battery in my wife's car had died, he gladly showed me some options and installed the new battery for me in no time at all. Great all around experience.

  I had a terrible experience today, April 15, 2026, at AutoZone. The level of customer service was completely unacceptable. The staff was rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in helping. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful from the moment I asked for assistance. Instead of providing support, they acted bothered and made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable. This is not how customers should be treated. There was a clear lack of basic customer service skills and respect. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest management take this seriously and properly train their employees.

  the attention bad ..i needed replace my car battery and when i ask to Osmel for this his face expression was as i was bothering him.. he asked me wait because the store was busy.. Which it was not true.. people like him not are needed in autozone.. other person attended to me and he told me my car was too new 2022 and they coudnt replaced it..i went to other autopart in hielah and the attention was great..they replaced my car battery.. My recomendation for this place is 0..
