  Fui a esta tienda a comprar una batería y, durante el tiempo que estuve allí, noté que no había aire acondicionado; hacía un calor insoportable. Le pregunté a uno de los trabajadores y me comentó que llevan 7 meses sin aire. Sinceramente, no entiendo cómo una franquicia grande puede mantener tanto a sus empleados como a sus clientes en esas condiciones. Es una clara falta de consideración y empatía hacia el bienestar de las personas

  Both visits felt rushed and dismissive. The refund initially seemed impossible until he actually tried processing it, and it worked. When I asked about scanning my car, he handed me the scanner and told me to do it myself without much explanation. When I went across the street, another store employee helped scan it directly. The difference in customer service is noticeable.
