I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Lester, who went above and beyond to help me check the battery in my Mercedes-Benz for the second consecutive day. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. He also took the time to thoroughly explain how my vehicle’s charging system works, answering all my questions and giving me peace of mind. I would also like to recognize Enmanuell, who assisted me on the first day with the same kindness, dedication, and excellent customer service. A special thank you to the store’s General Manager for supporting and allowing his team to work together to assist me with a unique situation that required special attention and understanding. It is truly refreshing to find a team that goes beyond simply selling products and genuinely cares about helping customers find solutions. Thank you, Lester, Enmanuell, and the entire AutoZone team for demonstrating what outstanding five-star customer service truly looks like!

  Quiero agradecer la excelente atención que recibí en AutoZone por Lester .Llegué a la tienda porque había perdido una tapa de mi vehículo, pero no sabía exactamente cuál era ni cómo se llamaba. Este empleado muy amable se tomó el tiempo de escucharme y, al ver que no podía identificar la pieza, salió conmigo al estacionamiento para revisar el vehículo personalmente. Gracias a su conocimiento y disposición para ayudar, logró identificar que necesitaba la tapa del depósito del refrigerante del radiador y me ayudó a encontrar la correcta. Lo que más agradecí fue su paciencia, amabilidad y profesionalismo. No se limitó a intentar venderme cualquier pieza, sino que se aseguró de entender mi problema y ofrecerme la solución adecuada. ¡Un servicio de cinco estrellas! Da gusto encontrar empleados tan comprometidos con sus clientes. Sin duda, volveré a esta tienda.

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Lester who went above and beyond to help me find a specific tool I needed. Although it took some time to locate the right tool, he never gave up or made me feel rushed. He remained patient, professional, and determined to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. What impressed me the most was his dedication to helping me instead of simply telling me the tool wasn’t available. Outstanding customer service! It’s employees like this who make customers want to come back to AutoZone.
