  Subject: Formal Complaint – Unacceptable Customer Service and Lost Reservation Dear Enterprise Customer Service, I am writing to express my serious disappointment and frustration with the extremely poor customer service I experienced with Enterprise. I made my rental reservation on Saturday. Early this morning, I called the office to request a pickup from my home because I had no transportation available to get to the rental location, which was only five minutes away from my house. Unfortunately, no one ever came to pick me up, and I never received a single phone call from the Enterprise office. I was left waiting without any explanation, update, or assistance. As a result of this lack of service and communication, I lost my reservation. As of 5:50 p.m. today, I have still not received a return call from the office or any explanation for what happened. I find this treatment completely unacceptable. I made my reservation in advance and contacted the office early in the morning to coordinate my transportation. I should not have to lose my reservation because Enterprise failed to provide the requested pickup service or even communicate with me. This experience has wasted my time, caused unnecessary inconvenience, and left me extremely dissatisfied with Enterprise’s customer service. I expect a prompt response, a clear explanation of why no one came to pick me up, and an appropriate resolution to this situation. I hope Enterprise takes this complaint seriously and takes the necessary steps to prevent other customers from experiencing the same treatment.

  Very friendly staff, plenty of vehicles to choose from, and a user friendly app that allows you to make changes to the contract along the way.
