  This locations employees are all amazing. They were super accommodating in a very stressful situation for me. Brianna was awesome and moved mountains to make sure that I was taken care of! I definitely recommend renting a car from this location.

  Poor service, made a reservation for 9am… 3 hrs later and still no car, lack of communication, lack of professionalism, now I’m behind on my schedule because they allow reservations for cars they don’t have and don’t do anything about it …. do not waste your time with this location.

  I called twice to confirm that my reservation would be honored because I knew I was running a little late. When I arrived, I was told that the car had already been given away. To make matters worse, the employee insisted that I had never called, despite the fact that I called twice specifically to avoid this situation. The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional. Not only was my reservation not honored, but I was also incorrectly told that I had never contacted the location. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this business to others.

There was absolutely no empathy for the customer, along with a complete lack of honesty. After being given two defective vehicles and receiving confirmation that a replacement vehicle in better condition had been reserved for me, I was treated with no respect whatsoever. They claimed that no complaint had ever been filed and offered no solution to the situation. Truly unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

  My experience with this Enterprise Rent A Car was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The condition of the facility was unacceptable. The overwhelming smell of mold, mildew, and urine hits you as soon as you walk in. The lack of proper air conditioning or air filtration only makes the environment more uncomfortable and difficult to tolerate. The staff appeared friendly on the surface, but friendliness alone does not make up for poor customer service. Every interaction felt painfully slow, and any concerns or requests were met with indifference. While they were polite, there seemed to be little urgency or genuine interest in addressing customers' needs within a reasonable timeframe. The overall attitude was one of passive dismissal rather than actual customer care. To make matters worse, I was overcharged despite GEICO covering the entire cost of my rental. Instead of a smooth, hassle free process, I was left dealing with billing issues that should never have occurred in the first place. Between the unsanitary conditions, lack of responsiveness, excessive delays, and billing problems, this was one of the worst rental car experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value professionalism, cleanliness, and competent customer service.
