I booked a car and received a confirmation. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told there were no cars available because I had booked too late. No alternative, no assistance — just “Sorry, goodbye.” Why confirm a reservation if there’s no car available? Complete disrespect for customers and their time. I do not recommend Enterprise! Update: I reserved a pickup truck and received a booking confirmation. When I arrived, there was a pickup truck parked on the lot, but the staff refused to rent it to me, claiming no vehicles were available. No explanation or alternative was offered. Your response does not address why my confirmed reservation was not honored despite a pickup truck being on site. This is unacceptable customer service.

Horrible! ! ! You have people calling you giving false and wrong information to customers. Not only that both managers who were working didn’t care to fix or accommodate me for the situation. I even had to wait longer for the car I rented to be ready.

Jamari and the others were awesome in my opinion. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with any step of the process. All completely composed and a pleasure to be around.
