  I want to recognize Leonardo Manrique at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Hallandale for truly exceptional customer service. The location was extremely busy, with at least 20 customers waiting in line, yet Leonardo handled everything with an incredibly gracious, calm, and professional attitude. Despite the pressure, he remained attentive and made sure every customer was treated with courtesy and respect. What impressed me the most was witnessing a very upset customer come in cursing and behaving aggressively. Leonardo handled the situation exceptionally well. He remained calm, respectful, and completely composed. He managed to de-escalate the situation, calm the customer down, and still find a way to help him all while continuing to manage a very busy location. I have encountered many managers and supervisors throughout the years, and I can genuinely say that I have rarely seen anyone handle a difficult situation with the level of professionalism, patience, and grace that Leonardo demonstrated. He showed natural leadership under pressure, and that says a lot about the kind of employee he is. I sincerely hope Enterprise recognizes the kind of employee they have in Leonardo and considers him for a managerial or leadership position. Based on what I personally witnessed, he has already demonstrated the qualities of an excellent manager. Employees like Leonardo are the reason customers remember a company for the right reasons. He deserves to be recognized and promoted.

  This used to be my go-to for car rentals. Now I stay as far away from it as possible. Lack of cars. Handing me a fob with no buttons. Telling me the gas tank was full when it wasn't. Trying to downgrade me when they were out of a car class. And their answer is just hand you a business card with a free day. A free day does not solve repeated service and operation issues. Unanswered email after the last service issue. So sad that Enterprise has their name on this location. Took my business to Sixt about a mile away. Edit: so I reached out to you Enterprise like you asked. I told the person on the phone I only want to talk to some sort of a regional manager about my horrible experiences the last few times. Still waiting 4 days later. Like I said, Enterprise should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. But seems like Enterprise in general is just sucking these days at all levels.

  This locations employees are all amazing. They were super accommodating in a very stressful situation for me. Brianna was awesome and moved mountains to make sure that I was taken care of! I definitely recommend renting a car from this location.
