  Very poor experience. The fuel quality was so bad that it caused unusual engine noise in our truck. We spent about $800 on fuel and feel we were overcharged/scammed. Prices for other items are also extremely high, and some fresh food was expired. Very disappointing.

  Came into the store tonight after saying goodbye to my family to return over the road so I was already depressed and heartbroken… there was the sweetest most kindest lady named Martha… the absolute sweetest lady I have encountered in my 8yrs over the road! There were a few customers ahead of me.. all from different walks of life, one had long dreadlocks and gold teeth, one had a crispy clean fade with curly hair, one bald, one elderly.. she treated every customer with the same soft and gentle tone! I wish every pilot had someone like her.. I guarantee you her manager won’t even be surprised by the review. God bless you Martha! You made me feel so much better tonight.

  I will recommend this gas station because every single time that I came here , i'm always received a very good customer service from Martha the cash register. The shower are clean along with the rest of the pilot gas station.

  They need to go ahead and remodel this location. I went from wanting to take an everything shower to taking a quick 15 minute shower all because I can't stand looking at a dated shower room riddled with old and moldy tile grout and a ventilation fan not working. Just killed the vibes.

Ive never seen a grown woman get so mad for simply having a line at her place of business and get so worked up that she literally talks shit about said customers while they are standing right there. Give multiple people an attitude and end up throwing one customers change on the counter telling him to leave. (I put the time so if needed corporate can watch video feed) KELLY is that employee. Im not sure what you have going on in your life but dont take out your bullshit on paying customers and truckers, throwing a tantrum like a 10yr old girl. Leave that at the door, find another job or idk maybe just try and be better than that. Dont take our your bs on everyone else. Im sorry 6 people in line got you that worked up. No one was even rude to you. Every one of us were looking at each other asking what your deal was. You instigated an argument with a grown man and play victim threatening police, jail and "losing your cdl" after he said he should throw that coffee in your face. Im glad he didnt, you aren't worth the time. But I wouldnt have been surprised if he did exactly that. I tried calling corporate but I guess they are closed so this will do until tomorrow. You suck Kelly. Do better.
