  We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our first Toyota! Michael Wu was amazing from the very beginning. He was so patient, took the time to explain everything about the vehicle I wanted, and walked us through the preorder process without ever making us feel pressured. When I wanted to stop by before putting down a deposit, he was happy to arrange a test drive of a similar vehicle, which I really appreciated. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and made the purchase feel special. Also, a big shout out to John Dillon. We actually drove an hour to Miracle Toyota after first inquiring and speaking with John over the phone. He went over all the numbers with us ahead of time, and everything was exactly as discussed when we arrived to sign the paperwork. No surprises, which meant a lot to us! We truly appreciate Michael Wu and John Dillon for making our first Toyota purchase such a smooth and stress-free experience. We’re so happy we made the drive and chose Miracle Toyota. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Toyota!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Worth the 50-Minute Drive! I had an excellent experience at Miracle Toyota, especially thanks to Caleb Mariani, my service advisor. His professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency were outstanding! I originally purchased my vehicle here, but since Central Florida Toyota is closer to my home, I had been taking it there for service. Unfortunately, my experiences there were very disappointing. During my last visit, even with a scheduled appointment, my vehicle sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half without being touched. I eventually had to cancel the service and leave. Today, I decided to drive 50 minutes back to Miracle Toyota, and I’m so glad I did! I arrived without an appointment, and they took care of my vehicle in less than 30 minutes! Oil change, fluid inspection, alignment, and tire balancing — all for about half the price I was quoted at Central Florida Toyota. The difference in customer service, efficiency, and value was incredible. A huge thank you to Caleb Mariani and the entire Miracle Toyota service team! You definitely earned my trust and my future business. I would rather drive 50 minutes for this level of service than waste my time somewhere closer. Highly recommended! Five stars!

  The Best Dealership Experience I’ve Ever Had! I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. From the very beginning to the moment I drove my new Toyota home, the entire process was professional, smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I want to give a very special thank you to Reymond Baez, Internet Director, Rafael Castro, Sales Specialist, and Rafael, the Finance Manager. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and valued throughout the entire process. Reymond was incredibly professional and responsive, and he made the initial process very easy. Rafael Castro was outstanding throughout the sales process — knowledgeable, patient and attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every detail. And Rafael in Finance was equally wonderful. He was very clear and helpful when going through the financing and paperwork, making what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel simple and straightforward. What impressed me the most was that I never felt pressured or rushed. Everyone treated me with respect and genuinely seemed focused on making sure I was happy with my purchase. The communication, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. After dealing with dealerships in the past, I can truly say that this experience was completely different — in the best possible way. The team earned my trust and made me feel that my business was genuinely appreciated.   I would like to recognize and congratulate Eris Rosario for the excellent service he has consistently provided. Ever since I started bringing my first Toyota in for maintenance, Eris has always stood out for his kindness, professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding customer service. He is always attentive to anything I may need and makes sure to keep me informed about everything related to my vehicle, clearly explaining the details throughout the entire service process. People like Eris truly make a difference and take the customer service experience to the next level. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their customers and is committed to providing high-quality service. He also speaks both English and Spanish, which I personally appreciate very much and makes communication even easier and more comfortable. I highly recommend Eris.   I honestly cannot say enough good things about Jose Morales and the level of service he consistently provides as my service advisor at Miracle Toyota. I’ve purchased FOUR vehicles from Miracle Toyota over the last seven years. Yes, four. Apparently, I have some impulse-control issues when it comes to vehicles, but that’s a discussion for another day. 😂 And I have to give a shout-out to my VIP sales rep, Luke, who has absolutely played a role in enabling this behavior. Between Luke helping me find the vehicles I apparently cannot live without and Jose making sure they’re taken care of afterward, Miracle Toyota has clearly figured out how to keep me coming back. There are plenty of places to buy a vehicle. Finding a dealership where you genuinely trust the person taking care of you AFTER the sale is a completely different story. Every time I pull into the service department, Jose makes me feel like a rock star. He knows me, he knows my vehicles, and he never makes me feel like I’m just another appointment on the schedule. There’s something incredibly reassuring about pulling into the service drive and immediately knowing, “Jose has me. We’re good.” We all know vehicles can have issues. Things break, warning lights come on, weird noises appear, and sometimes your vehicle decides to have a complete personality crisis at the absolute worst possible moment. What matters is knowing that when something happens, you have someone you trust to help you navigate it. For me, that person is Jose. Whenever I’ve had an issue, he has taken care of me. He listens, communicates, explains what’s happening, follows through, and makes sure my concerns are actually addressed. Most importantly, he genuinely seems to care about the person standing in front of him, not just the vehicle attached to the repair order. There have even been times when I’ve left the dealership in tears because I was overwhelmed or frustrated by whatever situation brought me in that day. Even in those moments, Jose has treated me with patience, kindness, compassion, and respect. He has a way of making stressful situations feel manageable and making sure I know he’s going to do everything he can to take care of me. That matters more than I can adequately put into a review. Vehicle maintenance and repairs can be stressful. You don’t always know what’s wrong, what it will cost, how long it will take, or how much it’s going to disrupt your life. Knowing I can pull into Miracle Toyota and have a service advisor who knows me, knows my history, knows my vehicles, and genuinely cares about making sure they’re safe and properly maintained gives me an enormous amount of peace of mind. Jose provides the kind of customer service that creates customers for life. Luke gives me the VIP treatment when it’s time for me to make another questionable vehicle-related financial decision 😂, and Jose gives me that same VIP treatment long after the paperwork is signed and the new-car smell disappears. Sales may get someone through the door, and Luke, you are VERY good at that, perhaps a little too good in my case 😂, but exceptional service is what keeps someone coming back for vehicle number two, three, four…and apparently whatever comes next. Jose, thank you for always taking such incredible care of me and my vehicles. Thank you for answering my questions, dealing with my occasional automotive crises, and yes…even handling the tears. Your personalized care, concern, and top-shelf service are a HUGE reason I continue choosing Miracle Toyota. And Luke, thank you for always giving me the VIP treatment and helping me find the next vehicle I absolutely, positively, definitely “need.” 😂 Miracle Toyota is incredibly fortunate to have both of you. You’ve made me feel known, valued, and genuinely taken care of. Four vehicles in seven years says a lot about my loyalty to Miracle Toyota. It may also say a few things about my impulse control. We’re going to focus on the loyalty. 😂❤️
