  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Kaitlyn! I came in for a scheduled maintenance visit at Miracle Toyota and needed a ride home, but the shuttle was out of service. Kaitlyn in the service department stepped up in a huge way!!! sShe got approval to drive me home in my car, take it back to complete the maintenance, and pick me up when it was ready. She has never met me before, yet she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Her customer service is top-notch, professional, and compassionate. She definitely deserves a raise for going above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kaitlyn is incredible!

  I bought a used 2019 pickup truck just four months ago. The dealership assured me it was still under warranty and told me I could bring it back if anything went wrong. Barely four months in, the truck completely broke down on me right on my way to work. I immediately reached out to the salesperson David Salas to arrange a diagnostic at the dealer, but instead of helping, he casually suggested I just trade it in and buy a new one. When I told him I wanted to see if the truck could actually be fixed first, he ghosted me completely. When I called the dealership directly, they just brushed me off and told me to take the truck somewhere else. To make matters worse, I later found out the warranty had actually expired back in 2024. Now, I'm completely stuck paying for a broken truck that will cost a fortune to repair. Do your research before buying from a dealership—don't just take their word for it, no matter how nice they sound.

  I brought my Toyota Grand Highlander 2026 to this dealer to give him a service that was paid in the extended warranty of a paint shine which they did not do it but they say they did and after that they gave me the dirty vehicle and with the passenger seat as if they used it to lie on it as if that were a bed the service representative had to come and take it to clean it by the way very kind Mercedes Cubillan thank you she is the only one I get out of that streak of irresponsible people I asked to talk to a Manager to let him know what happened I'm still waiting for him to arrive to talk to him. ****Dealer not recommended**** Traje mi Toyota Grand Highlander 2026 a este concesionario para darle un servicio que se Pagó en la garantía extendida de un Brillo de pintura el cual no lo hicieron pero ellos dicen que lo hicieron y tras de eso me entregaron el vehículo sucio y con el asiento del pasajero como que lo usaron para acostarse en el como si eso fuera una cama tuvo que venir la representante de servicio y llevarsela para limpiarla de por cierto muy amable Mercedes Cubillan gracias es la única que saco de ese reguero de iresponsables solicite hablar con un Gerente para dejarle saber lo sucedido todavía lo estoy esperando que llegue para hablar con él. Dealer no recomendado **** ( ojo)****

  Just spent $50,000 to leave the dealership and not be able to drive my new car off the lot because they sprayed it with such a horrendous chemical smell that I couldn’t even drive it. The smell radiated 10 feet off the car. It was so strong and sickening. I have no idea how to get it off the car. What am I supposed to do with this? Next time ASK BEFORE YOU SPRAY SOME CRAP IN SOMEONES CAR. Z and Fernando were great btw. But this is as awful. Change your policy. I now have a 50k car I cannot drive. NOT COOL.
