  I’m visiting my father and we were headed to one of the parks. The check tire light came on. I googled the nearest tire store near me. It was Mavis Tires and it was less than half a mile away. It was 4:40 and they close at 5. They could have turned us away, but they didn’t. My Dad needed a new tire. Thank you Jon and Anthony!!!

  Amazing service, been twice and will continue to go. Had my tires rotated and been back to deal with a nail in my tire. Quickly addressed and taken care of.

  Complaint Regarding Service at Mavis Tire I normally come to Mavis Tire for smaller services, such as having my brakes bled, and I have generally been comfortable using the shop. However, my experience today was disappointing. I came in to have a nail removed and a patch applied to my driver’s-side front tire. Before entering the shop, I placed the wheel lock key in the front cup holder. I then went inside, checked in at the front desk, and explained the service I needed. I also specifically told the manager that the wheel lock key was in the cup holder. The manager seemed to dismiss my comment. I waited approximately 30 minutes before being told that they could remove the nail and patch the tire. After another 30 minutes, a sales representative approached me and offered to repair the tire for free if I agreed to a $129.99 fuel induction service because the technician had recommended it. I declined the additional service. After waiting another 30–45 minutes, my vehicle was finally ready. In total, I waited well over an hour for a simple tire patch, despite the shop not appearing to be particularly busy that morning. I found the amount of time required for such a basic repair unreasonable. While waiting for my keys, I observed the technician drive my vehicle to the side of the shop, exit the vehicle, and leave it running unattended with the windows down. I do not understand why my vehicle was left in that condition. Additionally, the wheel lock key was not returned to the cup holder where I had originally placed it. Instead, it was left on the passenger-side floor. The tire patch itself cost $37.44. Although the cost was reasonable, I was not satisfied with the overall service, the excessive wait time, the handling of my vehicle, or the way the wheel lock key was handled. I hope Mavis Tire will review what happened and address these concerns so that customers can have a better experience in the future.

  Awesome manager and tech this morning , I showed up 30 min early and the manager greeted me with a smile . I told him what was wrong with my tire and he said when a tech arrives he’ll have him take a look. It was a quick valve stem change. The tech arrived and within 10 min I was out. Fast team , friendly and treated me well. God bless the two gentlemen that helped me out this morning. And By the way … it’s 7:55 and they still aren’t officially open yet as I type this review. I was out by 7:45. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

  I recently purchased all four tires for my vehicle from Mavis Tires & Brakes on US 27 in Haines City, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They gave me a very affordable price on all four tires, and the service was great. This morning, on my way to work, I noticed that my right front tire was losing air, so I stopped by the same location. Victor took care of me right away and got the issue checked out without hesitation. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally he handled the situation. I want to point out that the flat had absolutely nothing to do with Mavis or any issue with the tire installation. It appears that something on the road caused the problem. What impressed me most was that even though it wasn’t their fault, they still took the time to help me immediately. Great prices, great service, and great customer care. I definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes on US 27 in Haines City, especially Victor. Thank you for taking care of me!
