- AEAlexandra Evangelista5 days ago5.0I had a great experience at Mavis Tires! I especially want to recognize Alex for being so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable while working on my car. He took the time to help me, made sure I understood everything, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. It’s not every day you come across a shop that genuinely cares about helping their customers. Alex went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Alex and Mavis, for making this such a positive experience! I highly recommend Mavis Tires and would definitely come back!!!
- JMJose Morales5 days ago5.0Highly recommended! I took my 2018 Nissan Murano to this Mavis Tire location for a complete tune-up, including new tires, an oil change, a full inspection, and brake service. Victor took care of me and did an outstanding job. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond by giving me great recommendations to keep my car running perfectly. Excellent customer service from Victor. I will definitely be back!
- MCMichael CohenOct 7, 20265.0Woke up to a flat tire. Brought it over to the shop. Victor saw me waiting outside and brought me in, even before they opened. Priced the tire at a price that I haven’t seen in decades. In and out in 30 min. Thanks, guys!
- JSJoseph StoweSep 22, 20261.0"Felix at the front desk was great and helped me get two new tires for $134. However, the rest of my experience was terrible—on my previous visit, they performed an alignment and rotation on worn-out tires without telling me I actually needed new ones until a technician pointed it out during a test drive. When I returned the next day for two more tires, the store manager refused to honor the previous day's price and tried to charge me $229 instead, showing terrible customer service to a returning customer."
