  As I came in, I felt rushed to just say what I wanted and leave. It was my first time going there, and because of the convenience of having a tire shop so close to my house, I wanted to give them a try. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel very welcomed. Most of the questions I asked weren’t really answered, and it felt more like the staff were reading from a script rather than actually helping. An older gentleman, who I believe may have been the manager, interrupted the employee assisting me and answered over her. He seemed stressed, and his tone came across a bit harsh. For a brand-new place, I expected more of a welcoming customer-service atmosphere, but instead it felt more like “pick a number and sit down.” That being said, the mechanics in the shop did a good job with the actual work on my vehicle, so I appreciate that. I just think the front desk/customer service side could improve a lot when it comes to communication, patience, and making customers feel comfortable.

  Mavis tires really did take great care of me today, from the pricing to the service and care was an amazing experience! I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys! 🙏

  Brea and Trevor were great; super friendly and helpful! Service was super fast too. Did an oil change and tire rotation and didn’t have to wait long at all. Waiting room is super well air conditioned too if you do wait. Pricing was super fair too. Definitely will come again!

  This use to be a good place to take your car to. However, I have had several bad experiences in the past year. First, they cross threaded three lug nuts on one wheel (which is highly unsafe to drive on) and two on another. And they tried to charge me for some of the repair. Then I brought it in for a rotation to make sure the back lug nuts were good. I know they didn't rotate the tires because I marked the rims and I showed the technician. Today, 5-10-26, I brought it in for a coolant flush and a quote. They tried to charge me a diagnostic fee when I picked it up. I refused because they never mentioned it at any other time. But the worst part is my radiator hose was leaking coolant every where when I got home. I had to take it back up there and wait another hour just to have them tighten the hose and add more antifreeze. I hope that was the only issue. I'm kind of scared to drive it now. And to top it all off, I didn't even get an apology. The manager didn't even come and speak to me. I will definitely be taking my car somewhere else from here on out.

  Estoy cotizando por teléfono gomas nuevas y llame a este taller de mavis y me atendió una persona que habla inglés y español no me dio su nombre la persona y me trató bien mal por teléfono solo por preguntar si el valor que aparece en la página estaba agregado la montura de la goma o era aparte, una duda razonable que al menos yo no lo sabía y la persona en el teléfono me dijo que yo era un ignorante por no saber eso, no hay estrellas negativas aquí para colocar por eso coloco solo una, y si la atención por teléfono es así no me imagino como será en el local, no se como contratan gente mal educada y sin ganas de trabajar.
