  I brought in my ford escape nervous because I was not completely sure what was wrong with my car, the check engine light was on. It was diagnosed as the canister purge valve. When I walked into this shop, I was so surprised at how nice it was, it felt very open with lots of snack and drink options as well. I am a maxcare customer so seeing that they accepted the warranty was great. It did take a couple days to complete repairs but that is not their fault because maxcare can take some time to respond to claims. The car is feeling a lot better now. Bonus points to leaving roses on my dash when I got in my car, it was so surprising and beautiful

  I've been having problems with my A/C and I needed a place with techs certified in Hybrid vehicles. Google pointed me in their direction and after a brief phone call they assured me that they could handle it. I arrived for my appointment, answered some additional questions and sat in the spacious waiting area (which provided a variety of cold drinks as well as snacks to munch on) while they diagnosed the possible issues. They kept me informed along the way, solved my problem for a very affordable price and set up a follow appointment to make sure things stay fully resolved.

  Horrible honestly just tryna get money from people . Messed up my grill and trying to lie saying they didn’t do it . Overall the worst. Lie if yall want to yall just don’t want your image messed but I got proof of how my car looked before. They even stated my hood didn’t get opened by them .but then after I showed proof from my camera footage then it was “so we can’t open the hood”. They literally refused to fix it and told me they would get me off there property for “trespassing” . And might I add they also refused to show video proof of when they opened my hood .thank god I had my car camera so I was able to atleast see one of the mechanics pushing something back in as if they messed up something . I’ll add on the photos they apparently took before bringing the car in the back and you can still see that it wasn’t pushed out like that. They try to make it seem like that was my fault. I know for a fact my car was not like that . I would not be making a big deal of something i knew was already there . Like you can clearly see the difference from their pictures , to the one I took after getting my car back. They’re just adding irrelevant information to make some type of sense but overall they’re wrong and all they had to do was simply fix it . And the only reason I went to any body shops was for clips and I’m the one that ask for the suggestions because they said they said they would most likely have to order clips so it can fit exactly for my car but if I went to a body shop they’ll most likely have so that’s also irrelevant. lol like y'all really just trying to add anything . At the end of the day before I went there I was able to to open my hood without anything coming/popping out and now I can’t . So make that make sense fr

  Some ladies from my Bible class told me about this place so I decided I would go there to check them out. From my understanding I was told that they are a Christian based organization. So for me I want to put my money there! That’s just me and my preference. I was taken care of by Rebecca and Mike. They were both outstanding people, with great personalities and had a servant mindset. I had rotors, brake pads done with an oil change. After the work was finished I paid and drove home. It was Friday after closing. Oh… I so appreciate that they give you a ride home and pick you up when it’s finished, otherwise I would have had to take a Lyft or Uber. Well I thought my rotors were supposed to be on the front end of my car as I remember them saying my backs were all good. So I had to wait until Monday to go back to address this. At first it seemed like what I experienced most of my life which is a woman alone in a mechanics world means a rip off job. But let me say that after Mike & I talked about the situation, that this is where I saw that he went the extra mile to rectify the matter. He asked me what can we do to make this right…….. that’s when I was flabbergasted and thought I heard him wrong!! He asked me that and I was like….did I hear him right? Yeah!! And he did exactly that fixed it immediately. Then offered to bring the car to me when it was completed. NO WHERE IN MY 65 years of living on this earth has this happened to me at any mechanics shop!!! I hugged him when I picked up the car, I don’t think he understood the levity of the matter to me!! I told him I will definitely be back to have my other work done!! WOWWWW!!! An awesome place with awesome people like Mike & Rebecca who lead the shop, is well above anything you’d expect!! I went to the one in Lake Wales, and this will be my spot from now on! Thank you so very much for leading with integrity, honesty and caring about lil old me. I give you guys an A+++ God bless you and the owners for creating a wonderful place like this!! 🙏🏼
