  This place is an absolute mess. Went to pickup our rental car and were told they gave our first vehicle away because we were “late” after never telling us a pickup time, they called us 3 hours later to tell us they had another vehicle ready, then when we arrived turned us away again for not having enough proof to use the card we had?? We have rented several times before and never had any issues. We noticed every other customer in the store seemed equally as frustrated with the customer service. Not the start to our trip we had hoped for, and we will definitely never be using this location again.

  I picked up a car in FL drove it to Ohio, and both places the service was fantastic. They were prompt, and friendly, and took time to show me the features of the car. The car was brand new and drove great.

  Staff was very courteous , professional & helpful.. specially at the airport. They unloaded my luggage , all the luggage (totaling 5 pieces) 4 stars D/T car smelled like smoke & was told it was dome type of air freshner/diffuser. What takes normally 2.5 hours took 5.5 D/T was stopping so often to get out of the car to breath clean air. I take all my meds at night D/T all non drowsy needs always.make me very sleepy
