- JLJuania LillySep 15, 20265.0My experience with Enterprise was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled efficiently, and the customer service made my rental experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the kindness, clear communication, and attention to my needs. This is exactly why I only choose Enterprise when I need a rental vehicle. They have consistently provided me with great service, and I will continue to choose and recommend Enterprise.
- EZEric ZetinaSep 14, 20263.0Request a 8 person vehicle for our weekend trip, arrived early to pick up the vehicle just for them to have the wrong one waiting for me. Had requested the car 4 days before pick up. They lowered my payment obviously, I wasn't going to pay the price of the other car. I was still able to enjoy our family weekend in the wagoneer for 7 person with less luggage room. I do I want to add the car wasn't properly clean, dust on dash, center console, they wiped the inside of the vehicle with Windex. It smelled really strong of Windex for 2 days. I took it to a carwash to wipe it down and vacuum it before leaving Saturday morning. At least the vehicle behave great 👍🏽
