Really disappointed with the reception, really rude, felt like they don’t give a shit.

Had an appointment with another shop across the street but they didn't even open on time. Called Tuffy and asked how long the wait would be and they said they could get me right in. I pulled up and was greeted at the door. Fixed my tire and got me on the road in 30 minutes. Good people. I'll be coming here from now on.

The Gulf breeze location is always clean, knowledgeable and polite. I have taken my cars here for years. No problems.
