  Rented a car hear earlier this year with a great experience, my wife and I flew in to look at homes and picked up our car here. NIce clean car that was quick and easy to work with, our rep Nicole Flury was wonderful with her advice and assistance! Wil be sure to return to see her on our next trip, took the couple of extra moments to make it personable.

  I travel extensively for work and have many options, but because the people at this Gulf Breeze Enterprise location are so customer focused and friendly that I choose no other. Lauren (manager?) excels at providing the best service. Her team does a fantastic job hustling to take care of customers! Even on the busiest of days, I have witnessed them greeting customers with a welcome smile and expediting rentals without compromising vehicle safety and cleanliness. The fantastic experience here should be noted by management, and the team here commended on a job well done. Its all about the people representing, not the company, brand or cars.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise, specifically with an employee named Nicole. I was provided a rental through my insurance while my vehicle was being repaired. When I picked up my repaired vehicle during my lunch break, the repair shop told me I could simply leave the rental there and Enterprise would pick it up. They also informed me that my $50 deposit would be refunded once the rental was returned. Two days later, after Enterprise had already taken possession of the vehicle, I called to ask why my deposit had not been refunded. Nicole answered the phone with an attitude from the very beginning of the conversation. She told me, “Your account hasn’t been closed—that’s why we encourage people to drop it off at Enterprise.” She made me feel completely incompetent AND no one ever encouraged me to return the vehicle directly to an Enterprise location, and as someone with limited time during my lunch break, leaving it at the repair shop was the most convenient and possible option. When I simply asked why my account wouldn’t be closed if Enterprise already had the vehicle in its possession, she abruptly said, “Okay, hold on,” and placed me on hold. After returning, she answered that question, but when I tried to ask about SunPass charges that appeared on my account after I had already returned the vehicle, she repeatedly and completely unprofessionally talked over me instead of listening to my question. When I politely asked her to stop interrupting so I could explain what I was asking, she raised her voice and said, “Do not say that to me” as if I was calling her names or something, but was simply asking her to listen to me. The interaction was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I wasn’t being argumentative—I was simply trying to understand my account and get answers to legitimate questions. Thankfully, the manager overheard the conversation and stepped in. Although I didn’t catch his name, he was a breath of fresh air. He listened to my concerns, answered every question professionally, spoke respectfully, and even apologized for Nicole’s behavior. His customer service was exactly what I had expected from the beginning. The only reason I’m not giving an even lower rating is because of the manager’s professionalism and communication. I hope Enterprise addresses how customers are spoken to, because no one should be treated the way I was simply for asking questions.

  This Gulf Breeze location makes you feel like you are the King of Pensacola. Between the amazing service from Lauren, to the immaculate state of the car we drove. I almost looked into applying so I could be apart of that place full time. Will 100% be renting from her and that place again!
