  By far the best service department I’ve ever experienced! We left Texas after having a new tankless water heater, tow hitch and many other expensive upgrades to a class A RV to make our 3 month full time RV trip with our family fun and convenient. It is sad to say but every single thing the Katy TX one installed broke and leaked. Not to mention it took days for them to “fix” and still broke once we arrived in Florida the very next day. We were so upset and dismissed by the Katy Tx location when we tried to call them for help. BUT This camping world team had a lot of compassion for our situation, and restored our faith with this company. Not only did they fix everything within hours, a broken awning arm, tow hitch, kinked gas line ( that the other service place “claimed was fixed” they also fixed an outlet that the other place said the could not fix at all… but Craig fixed in a matter of seconds…) we are now on the road thanks to this kind and very efficient camping world team!! Craig was fast and patient, he knows these RV’s so well he could probably fix them in his sleep. We are so grateful for the kind front office people as well. They were so welcoming and supportive in getting us in quickly to help us get back in the road safely, Melanie was really just wanting us to have a fun and safe trip that we had hoped and dreamed of. Thank you!!!

  We have waited (and are still waiting) three months for our camper to be worked on. It’s under warranty. The replacement parts are nothing out of the ordinary. We do not recommend bringing in your camper to be fixed here.

  Unfortunately, the service department did a subpar job in the installation of a generator. . They left a gap under the generator that allows the generator to vent into the cabin. I was left with the generator having to be put on a trickle charger every night. The service department should have enough experience knowing the generator should have been installed correctly to be able to charge the battery when in use. Not outside charging source needed every single night to keep it charged. I was willing to pay the additional to fix this inconvenient problem they left me with. The situation with the receptical being on a switch. And, taking away the second receptacle. This left me in a bad predicament. Also, the wiring to the switch being left hanging loose to be caught and pulled on, not secured in some type of cable raceway in the cabin. And now they want to charge me extra $1000 to add the second receptacle, in which I originally had two receptacles to start with, to fix the problem. I believe I will be taking it somewhere else.   Zero stars if could. Do bother going in. Go to any other camping world if you can. The lazy people behind the desk can’t even get off their lazy butts the help you out even when they see you with a small child on your hip and instead of helping me, you point to the aisle it’s at. So rude!!! Don't waste your money here.

  Dealer declined to address known inspection issues unless a $2,500+ package was purchased. stated that units aren't inspected prior to sale, only once a sale is agreed and signed with additional packages. GET AN INSPECTION EVERY TIME
