Everything was good except that my air filter was not box was not closed back up. I noticed a strange sound after I left and then open my hood and saw that it wasn’t closed

Ive always brought my cars here, but after the last visit I wont be back other than to figure out what went wrong with my oil change. My Honda mini van has run beautifuly even being a couple months past tome to change the oil... I go in and the guy was trying to seem sympathetic and like he cared but really he was guilt tripping and upselling... meanwhile there was obviously issues with the manager and guy working that day.. meanwhile I hear the tech banging on my car below and my oil change took longer than usual... and now my car is sputtering, the rpms keep reving up at stop lights, and turning off of if sitting park for 10 minutes... seriously concerned what yall did to my car and I will not be back.

This is my very first review posted for anything. The oil change gets the only plus for this visit. Their complimentary system check cancelled all other stars. I left with a radio clock that showed that there is possibly 88 minutes in an hour. They had to have connected an electronic device to my electrical system for they stated my charging system was low. I left with a blown diode in my alternator (Checked at Advance Auto Parts where I had a recent battery replacement). They went through my glove compartment (without asking) to show me my cabin filter. Glad my weapon was not in there on this trip. They also suggested other services I know I didn't need (wiper replacement and fuel injector cleaning). I could not see them climbing around my vehicle for alarge SUV was in the way.
