  It was my 1st time visiting that location and Gissell was amazing assisting with my needs. Very humble and professional. J'mari was the technician at the front was very professional and helpful throughout the whole time I was there. Definitely will be back. Great team.

  Went at 3:30PM on a Wednesday and rolled right in. The crew was friendly and made sure I had a discount, was told about the extended services and hit all the oil change points like checking the tires and the air conditioner freon level. I was out in 15 minutes. Nice job.

  Cane here to try somewhere besides Take 5. TLDR: more expensive, less service. The kids working here are so unstructured and it’s a mess. They do one thing, walk away, then someone else does something, then walk away, other person says they don’t know what that person did, and 40 mins later your quick oil change is almost done? They damaged a new oil filter I supplied, how? They asked me to start the car before putting oil in, and then did the “I didn’t know thing” again. I was the only car there getting a proper oil change, everyone else was getting evacs cause they’re short staffed, but it’s more like they don’t know how to work as a team. I know it’s hot out but the glazed over blank stares I was getting are most likely permanent. Would not recommend, do not feel good about my car. I did not receive any of the service extras that are supposed to be included. Didn’t check tire pressure, I had to ask twice to get washer fluid. Turns out Take 5 down the road was better…

  The Staff Here At Valvoline Was Excellent Jeremiah Lit up my day from the moment he greeted me he most certainly enjoys what he does great worker, manager in charge at the time John great customer service most definitely deserves the opportunity to be an assistant or general manager of the store overall great service they followed the script to the T. If I could improve anything it would for Harold a tech to smile just a bit more & not look like this job is a burden. But overall great service well done Valvoline 10/10 🤝‼️

  wowowow, what a great trip to the local valvoline for our oil change and general vehicle check!! everyone was super kind and transparent about everything they found and suggested and were cool as all heck! gissele was an incredible help and gave us fantastic advice on what’s upcoming for after our trip out west and marlon was also very informative and helpful! we never felt talked down to or like we were being snuck additional services that weren’t necessary - a real human to human experience here. thanks, y’all!! we made it comfortably to colorado and will be having a look at the other things y’all suggested when we get back.
