- DTDevon ThompsonJun 12, 20262.0I went in for an oil change on the 5th of June and someone that works there introduced themselves to me as Mike and told me that next time I can just pay him to change my oil and put new filters in instead of coming back to Valvoline and tried to give me his phone number. It was very unprofessional and I told him that I trust Valvoline to do my oil not just him. As soon as I got my oil from there I left and will be going to other Valvolines in the future that don't have people there trying to sell me on their personal car repair business.

He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. The battery replacement was completed quickly, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Marlon, and the entire team, for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience. I highly recommend this location!
