- MRManuel RosarioSep 2, 20261.0Went in to purchase a beverage, there was a sign for 2 for $4.50. When I went to the cashier it rang up to almost $13. I spoke with the cashier Elena, and she advised me that the way it rang up is what she would have to charge me. I asked her to review the sign posted, after some hesitation to help, she came from behind the cashier and walked with me to check the advertisement. She removed the advertisement and stated she would not be able to honor it. She seemed bothered that I asked for her to adhere to the pricing and then proceeded to tell me I had an attitude problem. Iâve worked in customer service my whole life and could not understand why she would approach the situation with such negativity. She then refused to sell me any thing and stated I need to go somewhere else. This situation could have been easily resolved. She should not be in a customer service role if she cannot provide great customer service.
