    I made a reservation for a Premium SUV over a month in advance. The day before scheduled pick up, I was notified that an SUV would not be available. When I asked what do I do, I was told to call around to other Enterprise locations, to see if they had one available. Of course, I asked, isn't that something you should be working on. I was told that I have more power as a customer to pull a vehicle from another location, than an enterprise representative. So, I called two locations in Orange Park, and was told nothing available, so I then called a customer service line. After explaining the situation I was told I would be expedited because I am supposed to pick up the vehicle the next day, and that a manager would be calling me shortly to handle my problem. We'll, no call backs, and after a fourth call to that customer care line, finally the representative was able to get us a Premium SUV in Orange Park. Needless to say this was a stressful situation, and Enterprise didn't seem to care much that I wasn't gonna have the vehicle I reserved over a month in advance. Yes, we did get the vehicle on time, but it took an entire day of us searching around to find one at another location further away, even though we had the well in advance reservation to secure a vehicle.

    I would leave a 0 star but won't let me do so!!! I NEVER had one problem with this location when they were at Garber or with the last management team but this new location/management is not professional and does NOT have proper communication with there customers. Both times I have went to this location they have not had the size of vehicle that I requested and on top had to wait 45 minutes for them to clean the vehicle when it should be ready for the customer when they walk in for an appointment!! The Branch Manager is very unprofessional on how she handles things and still holding a grudge from the last time that I made a complaint about the same thing that happened today. Morning started off with her walking by not acknowledging that I was there in the morning time, which is very unprofessional from a customer's point of view. Then proceeds to make me wait 45 minutes for them to clean the vehicle just like last time when at that time she could notify me that they don't have the proper vehicle that I requested. After waiting a long period of time for a car to be cleaned we proceed outside to check vehicle that's when I asked her is this a standard SUV, she said its one step down I said this MAY not work but I can take it and see thats when she got aggravated and said NO I would rather call another place and see if we can get the vehicle that fits your needs so I go back inside after another 30 minutes go's by she came and told NO location has anything so I tell her I will take that car and make it work she then tells me that she will NOT do business with me and told me to go to Hertz down the road. She never call anyone, was never even on the phone. Nothing but a game to waste my time then leaves me strand it at enterprise without a ride. I ask the place of business if it was ok if I waited inside until my ride came they said yes... that's when she proceeds to say something about me to them about me which made no sense at all.
