  Terrible pricing policy. I rented a Mitsubishi Mirage as an economy option while my truck was in the shop, picking it up on Thursday at 12:46 PM and returning it Friday at 4:12 PM. Because it crossed the 24-hour mark by just over three hours, they forced a full second day's charge, bringing a subcompact rental to over $100 for barely more than a single day. I immediately took my business to Avis instead, where I secured a larger Kia Seltos AWD for a whole week for under $200. Enterprise's rigid billing and lack of customer flexibility lost them a customer for good.

  I have rented cars from Enterprise car rental in Green Cove Springs, FL for several years. I always get a great car for a great price. I will rent from Enterprise anytime I need car. They are great!

  Price was better at this location then the surrounding areas. Car was ready and I was ready and I was on my way quickly. Staff was polite and professional.

  I called to make a reservation for a vehicle to fit 6 for a trip. The reservation was made and I had the my vehicle set. The night before pickup I was sent an email to confirm my reservation and set up payment and I did everything needed to pick up my vehicle and what time. When my wife went to pick up the vehicle they did not have my vehicle and the gentleman behind the counter told her he tried to call me for 2 days to tell me they didn’t have my vehicle, which I find as a lie because I never received a call or even an voicemail. This is bad business and will not be using enterprise in the future. We had to take 2 cars on our trip which we were trying to keep from happening.

  I don't understand the point of having a reservation in if they do not have it when we come in to pick it up! Jinan was unprofessional and unhelpful; stated "he could not find the vehicle" and prompted us to personally search around and or he could "try later". We made a reservation for a reason. I do not understand how he couldn't "find" another vehicle but once we called customer service, they were instantly able to assist us. It is very clear he did not want to help us! He even laughed when we asked for his assistance. Well, we did not think it was funny. This behavior is unacceptable!
