  Had a top notch experience today at this Mavis location. Had a complete brake job done and everything is running great! Aside from the job being done the service was awesome! Brittney was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

  I went in there with a flat tire that needed to be patched Gus was very informative that letting me know the nail was on the side wall and it could not be patched he helped me with getting a new tires so now I feel safe again on the road

  The staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s both trustworthy and customer-focused. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for all of my future tire and brake needs!

  I usually drive an hour to the dealership where I leased my Mazda for service, but this time I decided to stay local, and I’m so glad I did! I called just five minutes before closing, and Brittany and Gus went above and beyond by fitting me in anyway. They completed my oil change in less than 20 minutes, and the entire experience was seamless. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about their customers. Thank you, Brittany and Gus, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I’ll definitely be back!

  Brittany the manager was nothing short of honest and incredible at what she does, very informative and kept me filled in through out the whole process, I came in today for an alignment and tire rotation / balance due to a slight shake / vibration at high speeds. Upon explaining everything she stopped the alignment and had her head mechanic take a look. Hector pulled me over and showed me my cv axel on the passenger side had plenty of play and a metal knocking sound coming from it. There is a lot of knowledge and great customer experience at this location. I appreciate everything and helping me fix the problem.
