  I am a repeat customer of Mavis Tire and Tire Kingdom for one reason only. It's their manager Brittany. She helped us out when she was working at the Hypoluxo store. Months later I went back to the Hypoluxo store for additional maintenance -- she had been transferred and sorry to say, the customer service has slipped in her absence. It took some effort on my part but glad I found her at a Mavis store on S. Military Trail. What's so special about her? She looks out for her customers. Friendly, efficient and at a fair price. The company C-Suite would be damned fools not to recognize they have a real Gem in her and a future leader. I could be a life long customer and hope they'll recognize Brittany offers up exactly what is lacking in business today. I wish her all the best. Rare is the company that I could so heartily endorse. GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT HER MAVIS LOCATION!!!

  Brittany greeted me right way worked with me on my schedule, her team was already serving my vehicle just 10 minutes after my arrival, full diagnosis report of what was needed and what could wait.   I had such a great experience here! The woman Brittany who helped me was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to teach me things about my car that I never knew. She made sure I understood everything and didn’t get taken advantage of. Their oil changes are also much cheaper than other tire shops! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest service at a great price.
