- BNbich nguyenAug 15, 20265.0Came on a busy Saturday for the first time, Jimmy met my vehicle at the entrance and asked I needed any help. He went over the packages, and then I asked about the membership I saw a sign for- he walked me through the options and told me about the promo and how the membership works. I felt it was a great deal if you’re getting at least 1 wash a month. I chose the highest package to try it out, Jimmy let me know I can make changes and add vehicles to my account online. The wash was quick and easy. What I really likes were the actual microfiber towels at the vaccum stations, there was even an all purpose spray and glass cleaner. (The staff also kept refilling towels and sprays while I was there) Things no one would think to bring to a car wash. I was able to clean my captain chairs that were dirty before installing my car seats again. I needed the towels and spray for sure! Since it has been a while I went ahead and went through the wash one more time after I did some touch ups since it’s unlimited. Jimmy helped me navigate that with a smile on his face. I would return to this wash even without the membership just for the staff alone. If this was is in your travel route or near home it’s def worth a try. Looking forward to stopping in after dropping kids off to school.

During the wash, the whole thing stopped mid wash. I waited a minute and nothing happened. I honked a few times (finally just laid on the horn) and none of the 4 employees onsite bothered to come look. I had to actually drive out on my own, go around and go thru again to get the soap off Time to cancel. 🤬
