  Volkswagen Gainesville sales department has some of the worst service ever. I had an 845 appointment this morning to get my tire looked at because my tire pressure light is on. I arrived at 8:30. The person outside said he was the only person there and it was six people ahead of me, have a seat somebody to be with you soon. By 920 nobody had even acknowledged me sitting there. What’s the point of making an appointment if you aren’t going to acknowledge the person with the appointment I end up leaving and I called to file a complaint and they said somebody will call me back. Nobody still hasn’t called me back. I will not be returning for them to service my car ever again.

  I was told the operation on my car to fix a little part in my sunroof would take one day. I dropped it off Monday morning. Midday I get a call saying this operation will take three days now. This was a slight inconvenience as I was going out of town and was under the impression that my operation would only be a day. Three days come up and they tell me that they need to order two parts that they forgot to order. It will now take a week for these parts to come in and for them to be installed. Here I am two weeks later waiting to pick up my car. Paying rentals Insurance when I really shouldn’t be. The two parts that were ordered for my car last Tuesday have yet to be installed. Because the body shop was closed over the weekend they had to wait till today, Monday, to install, making me wait even more time. they do not care about you, they do not care about your car, They do not care about your time, they do not care about your money. save your time and pay for a good service at an actual body shop.
