  Faye Fraser had a fabulous experience. She highly recommends working with Dustin, Alex and Paul. She had an issue for 9 years that other companies were unable to solve . Dustin figured it out and the other guys were extremely helpful.

  The manager, Luis and the team was blessing for me today. They gave me a great price on my tires and my alignment so that my tires don’t go bad. The knowledge they explained of a few other things was AMAZING! No up selling and no feeling of being taking advantage of. The TEAM, SERVICE and PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE I appreciated so much from start to finish. They are now my go to for my family car care! THANK YOU AGAIN LUIS!!! 😊🙏🏾😊🙏🏾

  I can’t speak highly enough about Paul and his team here at Tire Kingdom. I’m from Jacksonville and was in need of a valve stem and every place I stopped told me I would have to wait a while. But here at Tire Kingdom I was taken in was taken care of immediately. Thank you Paul and Team for saving my day and time!!!!

  I am posting this review two days after I was at the shop. I woke up to a very flat tire and had to do something about it quickly to be able to make it to work in the following days. I called this Tire Kingdom location ans was promptly given an estimate for 2 tires and the installation. I walked inside and met Luis at the service desk. He asked which tires I would like to replace, I told him the ones on the right side of my vehicle. I explained my car needed an alignment because it was drifting to the right, so I believed that the right side tires were getting more wear. He politely recommended that they rotate my front left tire to the back right side in order to have two new tires on the front for more even wear. He then asked if I wanted them to do the alignment. I said no because I only have the ability to have my car repaired in installments, I couldn't afford to that day. He didn't push me, he instead just told me what it would cost. I think he knew it would be way less than I expected, haha. I said "Yes, thank you!" Luis was polite, direct, and he respected my time. The estimate I was given on the phone was accurate down to the cent and the additional alignment was way more affordable than I expected. I had a lovely cold coffee next door at Nirvana Indian Grocery and Café upon Luis' recommendation. I waited 1.5 hours or so, this was also accurate to what was promised at the start of my appointment. Usually a flat tire is a hassle, a stress, a day ruiner even. Luis' service was accurate and excellent. He is a kind man and I wish him the best. I highly recommend him and this shop as a whole, I will be telling the people I know. I think in some ways I did get lucky, but this business is run well from my perspective. Thank you, Luis. I hope you see this!
