  Amazing service! Paul and Dustin were absolute lifesavers. We were in the middle of a long family road trip with a large group and realized we urgently needed an oil change. We were really worried it would completely throw off our tight travel schedule. We pulled into Tire Kingdom, and Paul and Dustin got us in right away. They were incredibly fast, professional, and efficient—we were literally back on the road in about 10 minutes! Thank you so much for the outstanding service and for saving our trip. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Was on an eight hour drive with my son, taking him to college. His car started shaking when we got to a certain speed. I knew I didn’t need to risk it. This TK took care of us quickly and efficiently. We are also most to our destination with no more delays.

  Waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The restroom 🚻 was very clean and pleasant . The staff was professional and friendly and although they were not able to remove our rims from our tires, they still offered suggestions that were very helpful once we reached the dealership.

  When I found a screw in my tire, Tire Kingdom on Newberry Road assured me that they could fix it without much wait. After showing the tech where the screw was we went inside so he could write up the service and get my key. I was asked to wait in the waiting area. After sitting for 25 minutes another service tech pulled me aside to mention that during a diagnostic of my car's engine he discovered several things that needed attention and he ended by mentioning the screw in my tire, of which I was well aware of. I told him I only wanted the tire plugged and he mentioned another 20-30 minute wait. After leaving, I was able to go about 1 block before my engine died and multiple warnings appeared on the dashboard. Two techs came to where my car died and suggested something got stuck in the throttle body. I had to tow my car to my regular mechanic who said the only way something could enter the throttle body was through the air filter. That's the first place the Tire Kingdom tech looked after my car died because he mentioned opening the air filter during the diagnostic. When I had first gone to Tire Kingdom about having my tire fixed, there was never a mention of any diagnostic on my car and I was not asked to sign anything giving my permission. The manager, Chris refused to take responsibility for his tech allowing a piece of plastic to come loose from the air filter entering the throttle body. All he did was offer a free oil change. I will never step foot in a Tire Kingdom or any Mavis Tire location anywhere again. I don't feel like they deserve even 1 star.

  Came in 2 weeks ago, alignment was 120. Came in again and they told me its 175 but they’ll add discounts to get it down, I asked it’s not 120? He said no. They’re owned by Mavis. Called Mavis, told them about it and they said it should be 120 and to get a manager. I go back in, ask a different guy, he said 145, then I ask why it’s not 120 if they’re a Mavis shop. Then they told me theres a 120 option for only toe alignment and 145 is the performance option for camber and caster. I canceled and they said what if we do the 120, I said no and that they clearly lied to me and it’s just dishonest when I had the 120 service 2 weeks ago and it’s deceiving to not explain the two different types of alignment, and even then the other Mavis I called said there’s no explanation for the 175 quote. They tried to keep me in the shop and still get the 120, no apology for lying. Went to Alignment Guy off Waldo. Was 120 after taxes for camber castor and toe.
