  Вчера мне поменяли лобовое стекло. У меня редкая машина Мерседес S класс 2020. Я боялся что для таких машин трудно подобрать хорошее стекло. И я был в Мерседес центре и меня там напугали что если поставить не оригинальное стекло то панель приборов может загореться как новогодняя елка. В Мерседес центре мне посчитали цену 4000. В Safelite сделали за 1000. Моя страховка в GEICO покрыла эти расходы. Я заплатил 0 долларов. Я удивился где они нашли такое стекло, но оно мне больше нравится чем стекло Мерседеса. Оно имеет такую слабую приятную тонировку, зеркальную, синею. И установили все качественно. Мой Мерседес не показывает ни одной ошибки. Я очень благодарен ребятам которые работают в Safelite. Они настоящие профессионалы. В будущем буду обращаться только к ним.

  The entire process from telephone intake to the technician completing the job was fast and easy. The technician took the time to explain the entire windshield replacement process and was done in a little over an hour. Overall great experience.

  Very unhappy with Safelite. My vehicle's vent window was replaced on Thursday 6 days ago. The driver's door wasn't aligned correctly, the inside door panel wasn't reassembled correctly, and the rubber seal on the door wasn't properly installed. I called Safelite on Friday to inform them of these problems. I was told a repairman would arrive Saturday to correct them. No one showed up on Saturday. I called Safelite on Monday and was told a repairman would arrive Wednesday. These problems have prevented me from driving my vehicle. Will definitely use another company if I ever need any window repair.

  The Tech had to put the mirror button on the windshield because the wrong one was already there. He did not clean the button properly that he took off my old windshield, and he tried to put it on with 3M tape and windshield glue and a half before I got in the car again cause I didn’t wanna mess with it right after the windshield got put in, and my mirror had fallen off. I have since ordered a kit to put the button back on my windshield and put my mirror on correctly, but this should’ve never happened.

  Very disappointing experience. I was verbally told the service would take about 90 minutes, and Safelite corporate advertises “usually 60 minutes or less,” but my vehicle ended up being there for nearly 4 hours. During the service, my vehicle was also damaged, including the paint and A-pillars. While the manager agreed to repair those areas, they refused to address the condition of the engine bay, which was also affected. There was also no acknowledgment or compensation for the significant delay or inconvenience caused. I was also told that the damage to the A-pillars was expected and not covered by the technician, which is in no way correct and illustrates dishonest business practices. To make matters worse, both the manager and front desk staff left during my service, while other customers were still waiting in the lobby and might require further assistance. Additionally, communication was repeatedly delayed, making it difficult to get updates or answers about what was going on. Overall, the lack of accountability and customer service was frustrating. Instead of providing a complete resolution, the response felt partial and dismissive. I would recommend checking your vehicle carefully before and after service and being cautious if timing and proper handling matter to you.
