  Replaced windshield, had to bring it into their shop. Wouldn't come to my home, or another shop where I was having other maintenance completed. The new windshield took 2 hours to replace, was installed in a professional manner.

  Very unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment which was made at the beginning of the week and they left a message the night before my appointment that they rescheduled me without talking to me. And they don't have any openings for over two weeks!? So I'm just supposed to drive around with a crack in my windshield?

  The workers here are extremely polite and professional. The quality of their work and products are exceptional. I will be using them again for any windshield service. Highly recommended.

  Safelite off Main Street, Gainesville, FL Fast and professional! I was able to get an appointment the day after my windshield had cracked! There guys were professional and they vacuumed my car! This was a nice added touch! Great job and customer service!

  I got a small chip and crack in the windshield of my brand new car. Didn't even have the car 24 hours. I wanted to take care of it right away. Called Safelite and they got me in to the shop same day. I give them 5 stars for that. The ladies at the front desk and the service team were very nice and extremely helpful. I give them 5 stars for that. The actual chip repair is were the 4 stars come in. I was informed I would see it and I do. Not perfect. Not a problem, it's not big and I will live with it. The potential problem I see for the future is when I rub my hand across the glass from the outside I can feel the chip spot. The finish work or pit resin could have been better. I feel it should have been completely smooth to the touch so dirt and water do not get in and cause a future issue. Maybe it will be just fine. Only time will tell if it holds up as it should. They said it has a lifetime warranty. If there are any signs of a problem, I will take it in immediately. Just be aware if you get a chip or crack repair it can actually cause your windshield to break while performing the repair and then the windshield would need to be replaced. Insurance apparently only pays for after market windshields in the majority of cases. I wanted to avoid that.
