  Ray was so helpful today I highly recommend working with him for any of your needs. He was able to hook up to my obd2 reader and allow me to access and see all the codes thrown on my truck. Awesome guy!

  I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Christopher. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure we were taken care of. Replacing tires can usually feel stressful or time-consuming, but Christopher made the entire process smooth, quick, and easy to understand. He took the time to explain our options clearly without making us feel pressured, helped us choose the best tires for our vehicle and budget, and kept us updated throughout the entire service. What really stood out was his customer service — he was patient, friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The installation was completed faster than expected, and the car drives noticeably smoother now. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for customers the way Christopher does. If you visit Mavis Tires & Brakes, I highly recommend asking for him specifically. He absolutely deserves recognition for the incredible job he does, and because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

  This place has forever and always been one of my go to places to have work done on my car and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon. Everytime I go in the customer service is bar none, they don’t treat the women like they don’t know anything about their car, and they are understanding and work with the customer to help them be safe on the road. Faith is fantastic even when I accidentally crashed out on her (again I am so very sorry 😬) but she handled the situation with absolute grace and kindness even when I wasn’t the nicest at that particular moment in time. I have never had a problem here and honestly I don’t anticipate ever having one.

  I came in at closing with concerns and the team took care of it without complaint. Every other place I’ve been in the past ten years has scoffed at someone coming in so late . They wouldn’t even take a tip. I’m in from out of town and they made my trip so much easier. No haggle? I’ll have to come back for service before I leave town to try to slide a tip in foro the workers . Thanks Mavis Aaron Streble Louisville Ky

  Went to go to midus had an appointment at 1:30pm got there at 1:20pm and was told it would be a 2 hour wait for our oil change appointment. Decided to go where I originally took my van for an oil change mavis costed $105 after coupon. Last time I came it was $87 with the coupon so not sure what changed. But still had to get an oil change. Oil change took about an hour and a half time frame. During this process I walked outside into the parking lot next to the garage door and my hood up van on the ground and 3 technicians just laughing having fun. ( Not saying you can't have fun and joke at work) When they noticed me looking at them they quickly went around the driver side of the van and all 3 walked away from my vehicle. Why does it take 3 people to change my oil. Did you even change my oil? No paper on the floor no cover over my seat. Cause not even 17 minutes later my van was done went inside to get the paper work then I'm told I need rear shocks both rear tires my brakes are good my battery is bad. And I need a tune up. My dash still says oil change required so they didn't clear that. And I didn't get the sticker to tell me my next mileage change. I don't know if each mavis shop is ran differently but this is not the professionalism experience from a company I'm very disappointed and feel like I've been cheated on my oil change. For the hard earned money I spent on making sure my car is well maintained. Went to a well know mechanic in tampa his findings after spending 2 hours looking over and his diagnosis wasn't the same as mavis.
