Not only did they not do the tire rotation, but they pretended to do the tire rotation by adding little finger marks on each one of my tires, even though they could have just done the tire rotation. I take a picture of all my tires so I know if they've been rotated, and in this case, they were not rotated. So, this is a well-deserved one-star review.

We were headed from Florida to North Carolina and our air conditioning died and we just had it serviced at the Mavis in Florida. So when we got to Gainesville before leaving the state we decided to stop at the Mavis. Here they fixed everything in an hour. Got us back on the road for $0. No complaints! Julyana was very understanding and helpful

Ray was exceptional! Even though they weren’t able to sell me four tires because of the dually setup, he still went above and beyond by swapping my spare tire with the defective tire at no charge.
That level of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Ray took the time to help me even when he didn’t have to, and I truly appreciate it. Employees who provide this kind of service are a tremendous asset to any business.

Couldn’t recommend Mavis more!! Everyone was so helpful and attentive. They are very easy to reach, super accommodating, and truly interested in helping their customers. Tess and Julyana were working at the front desk and make me feel super comfortable and explained everything to me. Tess and I interacted multiple times over the course of me getting my car fixed, and she went above and beyond to have conversation, and I had a great time laughing with her while waiting for my car.
Aside from the customer service, the actual service on my car was also a 10/10. They worked quickly, and even checked my car for other issues just to be nice!!
The services were as affordable as it gets with how expensive everything today is, and they did a great job!!
I had a warranty on my tires and I appreciated having no issues with using it when I got a nail in one of my tires and needed a replacement.
Overall a great experience and i highly recommend Mavis!

I’ve used this Mavis location for two of my cars for tire installations. That will be the last time I will be using this location for tires because they damages all four of my wheels. I’m glad I took photos of all of my wheels prior to installation to show the manager Mr. Thomas. He claimed his machines should not damage the wheels, but I came to check on the installation work right after it was done and there they were, all four wheels scratched and damaged. Mr. Thomas offered to shop to fix the wheels, but it’s in another town at Waldo. I feel that is too far of a drive and way out of my way. I’m a hard working man that works 4-5 12 hour shifts a week and time is limited for me. I do not recommend this location for tire replacements since they will damage and scratch your wheels. Below are photos of my wheels before taking it for service and then the ones after are after getting the tires replaced with the scratches and damage.
