- TVTom Vencuss1 day ago5.0This is my third visit to Mavis. The crew, especially Jeremy, Mark, and Don, were friendly, professional, and informative. They explained and walked me through the diagnosis and options. I felt as though they were as careful with my car as they would be with their own.

The employees have been professional and knowledgeable throughout all my experiences even when there was additional issues with my vehicle. Pricing has always felt fair to outright good. Would highly recommend. Also they have Continental tires. Jaden has done great work on the car and Jeremy was a smooth experience with service writing.

- BGBlaze GuzmanAug 8, 20262.0Got an oil change, it took an hour with an appointment set up prior. The oil change was $90 for 4.23 quarts of 0W-20 and this was after a $20 coupon apparently. I've never paid this much for an oil change and wouldn't recommend it. The service was great though and Jeremy was helpful. They topped off my tires while I was there. Still wouldn't pay $90 again though. Update: I noticed my brake lights were on after I parked and they stayed on. Apparently a plunger that controls the brake lights got knocked out or taken somehow because I couldn't find where it couldn't gone. This left my brake lights on for hours and could've killed my battery had I not noticed. Lowered my review to reflect this.
