Wished i could give no stars yall are horrible! Horrible once again!!!! Asked when I first got there was the vac working because they do not have the star tool needed for my car was told yes got pulled in and waited 45 minutes before being told their vac has not worked in weeks! Horrible and then had to wait again for no reason until they closed my hood so I could go! They need to just close this one! The workers are disrespectful and lazy! Never will I return to this one and yet again did not hook up what was supposed to be and all my dashboard lights came on my car turned off in the middle of the road and I had to go in and hook it back!!!! I called to speak to a manager and when I explained what happened I was told that is not their problem because I was no longer at the location and was hung up on!!! This can break a persons car and my car is foreign and expensive!!!!! Please close that location and retrain them or hire new ones!

Service was horrible. Techs didn’t seem like they knew what they’re doing, questioning how much oil to put in my car, very inexperienced, then tried charging me $250 for an oil change saying I opted for premium oil. I drive an Hyundai, not a Mercedes. Come to think of it a Benz oil change is only $160. Manager hiding in office. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but here

I was waiting at this location from 9:00am to 11:06am for just an oil change. The employee in training was polite and respectful but the crew took way too long for this service. On my drive home, the skid plate on my truck was disconnected and dragging on the ground. The clips were not secured and I had to temporarily secure it back with zip ties on the side of the interstate because some of the clips were entirely missing and some just hadn’t been screwed back in after the oil change.

I read all the outstanding reviews for this store - they sound remarkably similar. I teach school, and when you see two papers worded like these reviews are you usually find out the guys were sitting next to each other, so I don't expect my review to stay at the top of "recent" very long, but we'll see. I've written critical reviews before, only to see it get buried quickly by a pile of 5-star reviews. Money's tight, but my wife and I pooled our cash, and she went to get the $99 oil change for our Honda CR-V. When she came home the bill was for $132.21 I asked her what happened. She said they don't offer just an oil change anymore, you have to get a package; she said she asked for just an oil change, and Victoria told her all they had were packages starting somewhere around $125. My wife picked the lowest one thinking that's all she could get. Fast forward - I just spent 30 minutes or so on the phone with Victoria, and she will hardly admit you can purchase just an oil change. She kept saying "that was before, now we sell the oil change in packages". I finally told her I had gotten an estimate from their website two nights ago, and it was $99 for an oil change - nothing more (I wanted proof you could do that before I talked to her). Then she says "that's without taxes or disposal fee", and I said, "that's not the point - it's for an oil change ONLY". Then she said, "that's just an estimate, that's just an estimate...." Sigh. She finally admitted you can get just the oil change if you say "no" to the packages. Of course, she didn't tell my wife that. No signature from my wife on a bill, nothing, just a hard sale and a receipt JUST like we got before on the first oil change which cost $101.03 - except this one includes a charge of $29.99 for EXP One engine treatment - which is totally unnecessary in Pennzoil Fully Synthetic Motor Oil like we purchased - it was just a way to steal money. Yes, to me, when you don't give the customer an option, don't get their signature to provide a service, and then give them something they don't need - that's stealing. AI said it best - many Jiffy Lube customers call this "fraud". Lastly, they left the two front bolts off the air filter housing in the engine. Lisa said the air filter was dirty - she had taken a picture of it - she said they wanted around $50 to change it so she didn't do it. I'm not mechanical; I watched a YouTube video on how to change the engine filter. It looked easy enough, so I went outside to look at it and see if I could do it. The first thing I notice is the two front bolts on the housing were gone. I go back inside and ask Lisa if she knows two bolts are missing from the filter housing. She goes, "THAT'S what that guy was doing with the screws". Lisa told me that she had been watching them through the window, and she said one of the workers went over to a cabinet and got some screws (bolts) out of it. She said he was shaking the screws and talking real "animated like" with Victoria in the front of the car. She said Victoria tightened up something in the hood, slammed it, and told the other guy to guide her out. She never took the bolts. So she knew it, and sent Lisa out without the bolts in her housing. To me, that is really unforgiveable, but to her credit Victoria offered to pay me the $7 for the bolts. The second star was for her calling me back and talking at length about this incident. I don't want the $7 though. I wanted the $30 they took, the $7 they lost, and most importantly, I wanted an apology for my wife. I didn't get that, so the rest of it doesn't matter. I left pics of the two invoices so you can see the "package" is nothing more than a $30 can of not-needed oil treatment - google oil treatment for today's synthetics. I also left pics of the air filter, missing bolts, and estimate i got the other night. My wife and I would have been lifetime customers, but you got greedy and lost us. It makes me wonder how many young girls in Gainesville get the same treatment from your store.
