  THIS PLACE HAS HEART! My electrical wheel has over 400 miles on it. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and ask for an oil change. We laughed. Then Phil and another technician grabbed some tools & tightened up my loose bolts and screws. While they did that I witnessed extreme professionalism as other Tecks guided customers in & went to work. I HEARD "clear on 3, hold on 5" and was amazed at the coordination in teamwork. Thank you Phil! ..GOD BLESS JIFFY LUBE.

  My husband and I both come to Jiffy Lube. Always a friendly and efficient place. They explain what they do, and what they've found. Always happy when i drive away.

  I had very, very flat tire this morning, luckily, my husband and I were near this Jiffy Lube location. We were actually on our way to an appointment to get the tire replaced, but the tire did not hold up that long. The worker could hear our tire as we were rolling into the parking lot to see for ourselves what the tire looked like. He immediately came over to us because he know something was off with our car. He offered to try to fill up the tire and opened up one of the bays for us. He tried to get it filled up, but the inner wall had blown and was not holding any air. He then asked if we have a spare, but we did not. Even though we were not able to get the tire filled then and there, it was still less hectic because of this workers actions. He was very kind for trying to help us and I greatly appreciate that!! I will certainly start going to this Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and service because of the kindness and compassion of this worker. I was not able to get his name, but he was amazing!!

  Worst experience I have ever had, and the manager, Victoria, is rude, argumentative, and refused to address the problem she created. My son stopped at Jiffy Lube for what should have been a routine oil change. After the service was completed, he was unable to start his vehicle because the battery was completely dead following a battery test performed by the store manager, Victoria. When Victoria connected a device to test the battery, there was an audible snap and clicking sound. Immediately afterward, she quickly walked away from the vehicle and left the service bay area. When my son's car would not start, she refused to come back out and speak with him directly. Instead, she called out instructions from outside the bay area while the mechanics were left to handle the situation. To make matters worse, because it was closing time, my son was told he needed to leave—even though his vehicle would not start. The mechanics eventually managed to jump-start the car, but there was very little battery charge remaining. The vehicle struggled to stay running, and multiple warning lights were lit up on the dashboard. My son was barely able to drive the vehicle one mile to Advance Auto Parts, where the staff tested the battery and confirmed it had no charge. They replaced the battery, and we were informed that an improperly connected battery-testing device could potentially damage or completely drain a battery. What was most concerning was Victoria's refusal to address the issue. On October 6, 2026, she would not speak with my son in the moment of the situation and instead left her mechanics to deal with the aftermath. The following day, I called the store to inquire about reimbursement for the replacement battery. I was informed that Victoria was off and that a District Manager would contact me. When I received no response, I called again on October 8, 2026. During that conversation, Victoria was rude, defensive, and repeatedly interrupted me before I could explain why I was calling to be reimbursed for the new battery. When I attempted to ask about the battery-testing procedure that had been performed, she cut me off, talked over me, raised her voice, and eventually hung up the call. I called back several times, but she refused to speak with me. She also declined to provide the name or contact information for the District Manager. This is unacceptable customer service and highly unprofessional behavior for a store manager. Victoria was the last person to touch the vehicle's battery before it failed, yet she refused to discuss the incident, answer questions, assist with a resolution, or provide escalation contacts. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube and do not recommend this place. The true measure of customer service is how those problems are handled. In this case, there was a complete lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism. I am requesting reimbursement for the replacement battery and a review of how Victoria caused the initial battery problem and her subsequent handling of the situation.

  Victoria and her team were amazing and quick. They were able to diagnose my vehicle in minutes to pinpoint the issues I was having. This is the only location I will get my oil change from now on.
